Portable and Miniaturized Separation Techniques Applicable for Food and Biotechnology Analysis
Dvořák, Miloš ; Pospíchal, Jan (referee) ; Bednář,, Petr (referee) ; Rittich, Bohuslav (advisor)
Capillary electrophoresis was used for determination of 6 fractions of caseins. Those fractions were measured in 144 samples of cow’s milk originated from the feeding experiment focused on explanation the influence of the feeding onto casein productions. In this work were separated 6 fraction of caseins first time with total resolution of the peaks. Capillary electrophoresis was applied for determination of short-chain organic acids during fermentation of wine must. It was compared the fermentation of must fermented by different yeast. The difference of profile short-chain organic acids during fermentation were not statistically significant. The once difference was in the utilisation of the malic acid and production of the lactic acid. A portable miniaturized system for medium pressure liquid chromatography was developed. The components were tested and system was used for the isocratic and gradient elution of various analytes (food dyes, parabens). New line of electroluminescent diodes (LEDs) for deep-UV areas of wavelength based on a different materials substrate was characterised. The new line was compared with old line LEDs. The new line LEDs was incorporated in deep-UV absorbance detectors. Detectors were characterised and tested for a detection various analytes in modes flow injection analysis and chromatography separation. First time was characterised this new line of the LEDs and the origin of the parasitic emission band produced by deep-UV LEDs light sources was explained. This origin is given by disturbances of a materials substrates. This work is a contribution for an advance of low-cost and portable systems and detection devices in the field of analytical chemistry.
Evaluation of applicability of indirect photometric detection for chiral separations of selected carboxylic acids in dairy products
Dvořák, Miloš ; Zemanová, Jana (referee) ; Vespalcová, Milena (advisor)
In this diploma work is check possibility application indirect photometric detection for enantiomers separation lactic acids and beta-hydroxybutyric acid with capillary electrophoresis. As chiral selector is used vankomycin. Verifyed his ability partial separation lactic acid on antipode with using picric acid as vizualition anion in background electrolyte. Used was coated capillary. Application indirect photometric detection succeed. Chiral separation beta-hydroxybutyric acid wasn't successful. Hip roll by selection fit vizualization anions for purposes indirect photometric detection. Are measured their electrophoretic and spectrophotometric characteristics, for inquest compatibility use in capillary electrophoresis in relation to indirect photometric detection. From timed datums were to be you - nap optimal vizualizatin anions for others experimentation. According to ascertained and measured feature reflect be optimal eosine soluble in alcohol and bromophenol blue.
Probiotics and probiotic microorganisms
Kostková, Lucie ; Dvořák, Miloš (referee) ; Babák, Libor (advisor)
Probiotics and their positive influence on human health are presently very discussed theme. Nevertheless is informedness of public about probiotics benign influence insufficient, as well as their practical usage. This thesis summarizes present scientific knowledge about probiotic effects on human organismus. Fisrt chapter deals with determination of concept probiotics, their history, meaning, qualities, effects on human health and hazard connected with probiotic usage. Second chapter includes description of probiotic products, their forms and foodstuff containing probiotics. Chapter three discuss probiotic microorganisms, their main characteristics and examples of commercial starting cultures. Fourth chapter takes in informations about viability of probiotic microorganisms. And last chapter researches methods of integration of probiotics into products.
The content of allergenic aromatic compounds in chosen food types
Fidrichová, Ivana ; Dvořák, Miloš (referee) ; Vítová, Eva (advisor)
This thesis describes properties, origin, usage and methods of obtaining fragrances of vegetable origin, which are common part of food products. Although the aroma substances are not classified as the main group of allergens, in many cases there is a warning of their allergic potential. 26 crucial fragrance allergens and related restrictions are set by the European Cosmetic Regulations. There is no coincident regulation for food processing industry so far. The practical part dealt with identification of potential allergenic fragrances in randomly selected food products.
The analysis of the use of Sport centers in the Central Bohemia region for the tourism
Motejlková, Jana ; Petrů, Zdenka (advisor) ; Dvořák, Miloš (referee)
The aim of the thesis is the analysis of sports facilities in the Central Bohemia Region and their use for tourism. The thesis is divided into two main units, the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part addresses the definition of tourism and sports tourism, their definitions and typologies, while dedicated to the development of sports facilities, their current status and marketing. The practical part of the analysis of sports facilities in the region and active sports eventum sports tourism. It also includes the own survey and evaluation.
History of the municipality Volfiřov till the year 1938
DVOŘÁK, Miloš
The purpose of this diploma work is to describe the history of the village Volfiřov in all aspects of its development. The starting point is the period of the colonization of South-West Moravia at the turn of the13th and 14th century, during which time Volfířov was most likely established. The diploma work is closed by the year 1938, i.e. by the end of the first Czechoslovakia republic. Introduction of the diploma work is elaborated in the form of the review of literature and information, and then it is followed by seven chapters and the conclusion evaluating the results of the research. The first chapter describes the location of Volfířov and the development of its name from the first written information about the village in 1349 to the year 1910, when the present form of the name was used for the first time. The second chapter is dealing with the colonization of the region and with the lineage of lords from Volfířov. It is conducted to the year 1420, when Volfířov became a part of a big domain which belonged to lords from Hradec. The following three chapters (Volfířov between 1420-1848, Volfířov between 1848-1918 and Volfířov between 1918-1938) are focused on the administrative development of the village, the social structure of the population, social life, the municipal self-administration, the development of the local parish and education. It is followed by the topography of the village, which maps owners of properties in Volfířov (except the settlement of Nové Dvory). The last chapter of the diploma work shows historical monuments of Volfířov, first of all the church of St. Peter and Paul. The conclusion is supplemented by the list of sources and literature, used abbreviations and by textual and pictorial attachments.
The Development and the Activities of Local People{\crq}s Committees on Examples of MNV Dolní Bolíkov, Maříž a Vlastkovec between 1945 {--} 1964
DVOŘÁK, Miloš
The aim of the essay is to describe the administrative-historical evolution and the activities of local people{\crq}s committees on examples of MNV Dolní Bolíkov, Maříž a Vlastkovec between 1945 {--} 1964 on the basis of analyzing extant archive material , taking into consideration contemporary law. The work also includes three inventories of the appropriate MNV archives. The Bachelor{\crq}s essay is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the general evolution, activities and competencies of the local people{\crq}s committees from their institution in 1945 until 1990. This chapter is structured into four subchapters. The second chapter deals with diplomatic and contentual analysis of the documentary agenda of MNV Dolní Bolíkov, Maříž and Vlastkovec between 1945-1964. This chapter is segmented into three parts: books, written documents and accounting material. The third chapter looks at the administrative evolution and activity of MNV Dolní Bolíkov, Maříž a Vlastkovec from 1945 until 1960, respectively 1964, when the consolidation of these local people{\crq}s committees with a major MNV took place. The summary and the list of used literature and sources are supplemented with charts and photographic appendices, three compiled inventories of individual MNVs and the index of used abbreviations .
