Tax System in the Czech and Slovak Republic

The thesis is focused on comparison of tax systems between Czech republic and Slovak republic in the years 2008 to 2012. In theoretical part, individual taxes in both countries are characterized focusing on evolution in the years 2008 to 2012. Tax systems are compared in the analytical part of thesis using selected indicators, with emphasis on the competitiveness of countries and from the perspective of business entities and in terms of the impact on employment.

TEM and SEM study of precipitation hardened Cu-Co alloys after severe plastic deformation

The paper reports on preliminary results of microstructural study of Cu-2wt.%Co alloy processed by ECAP. The experimental alloy was cast and annealed at 1273 K for 10 hours followed by water cooling, resulting in the solid solution (the initial state). Further heat treatment was then applied to produce two-phase material with fine distribution of precipitates. ECAP was then conducted at room temperature on both the initial and the precipitation hardened states. Resulting microstructures were studied and characterized by microhardness testing, TEM observations and texture analysis by means of electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique in SEM.

The main topic of this diploma thesis on the theme "Evaluation capital project of development a logistics center -- Concept 2015" is the selection of two options for development a distibution warehouse. The methodological part of graduation thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge processing relating to issues of logistics center, investment decisions, financila analyses and method of funding of investments. In the practival part are processed requirements of logistics center, invesmtent and overhead costs for option of development distribution warehouse in Czech republic and for option development in Germany. Total costs for both possibility are funding of financial bank loans. At the conclusion are both of these evaluated by cash flow and net present value.

In the practical part the author focuses on concrete systems of employee evaluation and employees' salaries in certain organizations. The main goal of the thesis at hand is to provide companies with solutions to improve the current situation. For this purpose the author relies on the study of literature, her own judgments and an analysis of the present situation in the field.

The subject of the thesis is to identify and assess the current status of electromobility in the Czech Republic and proposal of partly strategiy and recommendations for company Mercedes-Benz Czech Republic s.r.o. in this area. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the theory of strategic management process, especially the analysis of the external and internal area and methodologies of creation strategy. The practical part describes the characteristics of the Mercedes-Benz Czech Republic s.r.o., direct analysis of the electromobility and internal analysis of the company. Finally, there is a summary SWOT analysis and strategy formulation and recommendations in the area of electromobility for the company.

Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení dosavadního vývoje společnosti Technika denního světla s.r.o. pomocí různých analytických metod. V první části práce je uvedeno teoretické shrnutí strategické analýzy, na které navazuje seznamení se společností Technika denního světla s.r.o. Praktická část v sobě zahrnuje jak analýzu interní, tak externí z makro i mikro pohledu. Největší důraz je kladen na analýzu hodnoty zákazníka, jež je stěžejní součástí externí analýzy. V interní analýze je pak největší část věnována lidským zdrojům.

Firma DATEKO, v.o.s., zabývající se počítačovým vzděláváním, se potýká v této oblasti s obrovským nezájmem lidí zvyšovat svou kvalifikaci a naráží také na rychlý vývoj informačních technologií. Smyslem diplomové práce bylo pomocí externí a interní strategické analýzy určit, které ze zkoumaných faktorů vnitřního a vnějšího okolí představují pro podnik DATEKO, v.o.s. příležitost nebo hrozbu a které tvoří silnou či naopak slabou stránku organizace a na jejich základě formulovat doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení poskytování služeb v oblasti počítačového vzdělávání.
