Institutional structure of sport in the Czech republic

Title: Institutional structure of sport in the Czech republic Objectives: The main goal of this project is to evaluate current role of the Czech Sport Union and the Czech Olympic Commitee and their position in the structure of czech sport environment. The second goal is, on the basis of research, to suggest a new concept of the institutional structure of sport in the Czech republic and at the same time considering the importance of scientific and educational center. Methods: In this project, there was used a qualitative method of research - in-depth interview, which was completed by semi-structured questionnaire. As well as a method of text analysis was applied. Case study served as a certain source of secondary data too. Results: Recommendations and proposals for improvement of situation of the czech sport environment represent the main output. Transcriptions of in-depth interviews placed in appendix are considered as a significant results as well. This thesis is going to be submitted to all of respondents with the aspiration to inform the whole sport environment about current situation in the czech sport area. The reflection kinesiology analyse of cross country skiing

Title: The reflection kinesiology analyse of cross country skiing Purposes: To compare coordination of chosen muscles on leg during reflection of cross country skiing classic technique, skating and herringbone. Methods: Comparative analysis: the dates were measured by surface electromyography and 2-D video-analysis. Results: We founded statistical significance by comparisons muscle activation on right leg during kick during cross country skiing: classic technique, diagonal stride and herringbone and V-1 skating and herringbone. In case the left leg the statistical significance was disprove by: m. peroneus longus sin during comparison of diagonal stride and herringbone and m. gastrocnemius medialis sin V-1 skating and herringbone. We founded high level of laterality of diagonal stride and herringbone. In case V-1 skating, the significant similarity was not founded for m. vastus lateralis and m. gluteus medialis. System development and training of employees in the selected organization

The aim of this thesis entitled "System of development and training of employees in the selected company" is an analysis of education and development of employees in the company XY. In the work is used fictive company name XY to preserve the anonymity of the organization. The work is divided into two parts. The first part ( one third of total volume ) is focused on theory. The remaining part is practical work, which is targeted on the specific analysis of the company XY. The theoretical part aims at clarifying the possible approaches to company training and development of its employees, further at objectives and functions of education, region and method development and education, and finally at systematic training cycle. The practical part is focused not only on an analysis of the process of education and development of employees in the company XY, but also to get feedback from the employees themselves. To obtain the necessary information were used in addition to internal company documents also two surveys: Quantitative research (survey) and qualitative research (expert interviews). It can be said that based on the results of both studies there was a consensus of obtained information (results). Based on this information and findings were made proposals to improve the education and development of the analyzed company.

Marketing research of public opinion about holding of Olympic games in Prague

Anotace: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem marketingového výzkumu. Hlavním cílem práce je vlastním v)·zkumem zjistit veřejné mínění o pořádání olympijských her v Praze. První část práce, teoretická východiska, vymezuje základní pojmy. Tyto teoretické znalosti jsou následně použity pro zpracování výzkumu veřejného mínění. V další části se práce ,·ěnuj e samotnému výzkumu, který byl proveden dotazníkovým šetřením na vybraném vzorku pražské veřejnosti- 302 respondentů. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou v závěru nastíněna doporučení vedoucí k ovlivnění tohoto veřejného mínění. Annotation: This thesis deal with the subject of marketing research. The main objective of the work is to find out public opinion by own research about holding of olympic games in Prague. The first part of the work, theoretical resources, define a basic terms. These theoretical knowledge are used for elaboration of research of public opinion. In the next part the work attends to research itself, which has been made by questionnaire research on the selected sample of the Prague community - 302 informants. On the basis of ascertained results the recommendations are proposed at the end of the work to influence this public opinion. Financing of Olympic Games in Prague in 2016 or 2020

Diplomová práce se zabývá financováním olympijských her a vychází z kandidatury Prahy pro hry v roce 2016 nebo 2020. První část práce popisuje olympijské hry, zainteresované orgány v jejich přípravě a financování her v minulosti. Ve druhé části práce analyzuji financování sportu v České republice a investice nutné pro pořádání olympijských her. Ve třetí části pak shrnuji rizika mající za následek zvýšení celkových nákladů a způsoby jak se jim vyhnout nebo je eliminovat. Annotation The diploma thesis is dealing with financing of the Olympic Games and is based on the bid of the city of Prague for the Games in 2016 or 2020. The first part of the thesis describes the Olympic Games, bodies involved in their preparation and financing of the Games in the past. In the second part I analyze fmancing ofthe sport in Czech Republic and investments needed for hosting the Olympic Games. ln the third part of the thesis I summarize the risks leading to increasing total costs and some ways how to avoid or eliminate them.

The machinery for open air space and building maintenance

This bachelor thesis has mainly an analytical character and summarizes the results of an extensive survey of the market made by author. Its aim is to provide an overview of the machines mostly used for the maintenance of the free areas and objects and to briefly describe the activities and works performed by them. Further the machines for the maintenance of the airports surfaces, sporting grounds, green belts and objects are described.
First part of the thesis describes the analysis of the activities carried out during this maintenance, whereas in the second one the author pays attention to the typical examples of the machines and appliances used for this maintenance, to their technical parameters and use values. The third part deals with the assessment of the machines from various aspects, the procedures for an expert evaluation of the machines are designed and the expected trends of the future development outlined

Handling technique and storage of materials in warehouse management of automotive industry

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the effectivity of automotive industry logistic system functions and its handling technology. The material income and its subsequent control is summarized in the chapter Material receipt. The material storage is there outlined as well. Material export, distribution and package is reviewed in chapter Material release. The chapters automatic identification, handling technology and rack system are included as well. The result of the study is the proposal of effective solutions for everyday service acceleration. The thesis is completed by discussion on the matter.

The optimisation of road maintenance in the town district

The work deals with the winter maintenance of roads in Prague 6, in the establishment Drnovská, the company of Pražské služby a.s. .. It describes the optimization of road maintenance district. It includes equipment, deicing materials needed for winter maintenance and operation of the entire facility, including the work of employees. There is an analysis of the status quo on the establishment of shortcomings and ways of eliminating them.

Noise measurements in the specific locations of traffic-engineering measures

This thesis deals with measurements of noise generated by road traffic. In theoretical part is described physical essence of sound, sound spread, perception of sound by human, effects of noise on human, methods of noise reduction, sources of noise from road traffic, legislation regarding noise and traffic-engineering measures. In practical part the noise was measured. Evaluate the noise at the bus stop, different noise level on straight road and sleeping policeman and different noise level on roads with different maximum speed allowed.
