On the analysis of thin-wall parts sawing
Spáčil, Radek ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
Master‘s thesis deals with sawing of the thin-walled parts with high speed steel slitting saw. At first the most used conventional and unconventional possibilities of materiál cutting are described by a form of search. The next chapter describes forces arising from splitting saw machining, including their dependence on a specific cutting force, a chip cross section and a engagement angle. The second part of the thesis deals with the technological improvement of the cutting process, where three possible solutions are considered – geometry of the cutting tool, PVD coating deposition of the cutting tool and process fluid change. In the experimental part non coated slitting saw with burrs, non coated deburred slitting saw and coated slitting saws are compared. Used coatings were Ti(C,N), Cr-Al-Si-N, Al-Cr-B-N, and TripleCoating Cr, which is consisting of three layers TiN + (Al,Ti)N + Cr-Al-Si-N. The experiment has shown that the cutting forces inceases as the edge radius and wear level of the cutting tool increases. Coated cuttung tools has shown lower differences between the first and the last cut. Slitting saws have been also used in real cutting process to verify experimental results.
A technological preparation of the wiping plate production
Balhar, David ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The main aim of this master's thesis is to propose a technological preparation of the wiping plate production. Elaboration is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes forming tool (function and construction). In the second chapter is technologies overview, which are used for the wiping plate production. The most important is the third chapter, because it deals with the main output, and the actual proposal of technological preparation of the production. In the fourth chapter, production is reviewed economically.

Jonášová, Helena ; DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Jana (advisor) ; SOUČKOVÁ, Jaroslava (referee)
This diploma master thesis focuses on the de minimis regime and its application within financing of theatres in the Czech Republic. The de minimis regime is one of the instruments of finance regulations of finance from public budgets, in relations to enterprises in the Czech Republic. The thesis also deals with the problem as seen from the point of view of providers of these financial supports so that it could be possible to reflect the issue as a whole. The theoretical background of the thesis is formed by the relevant legal acts, issued by the European Commission and by the commentaries made about them. An inseparable part of this work is also grant calls of individual grant providers in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the master thesis is then based on thorough research of all Czech theatres with regards to their relations to de minimis issues. The master thesis also works with data provided by the Czech Register of the de minimis regime.
Defence mechanisms of phytoplankton exposed to UV radiation
Dvořáková, Jana ; Němcová, Yvonne (advisor) ; Pichrtová, Martina (referee)
Phytoplankton builds an important part of energy flow in the Earth's ecosystem. It forms the basis of the food chain and represents main primary producers. The question arises, due to the continuing ozone depletion, what impact may cause the increasing intensity of UV radiation on aquatic ecosystems. Especially UV-B radiation is capable of penetrating depp into the water column and affects the key physiological processes (e.g. growth, reproduction) and causes acute physiological stress to aquatic organisms including phytoplankton. The gole of my thesis is to summarize the studies focused on the impact of UV radiation on planktonic algae and the defense mechanisms that reduce the negative effects of UV radiation. These mechanisms may be devided into three groups: active avoidance, production of UV-absorbing substances and repairs of damage induced by UV radiation. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
