This bachelor´s thesis deals with an analysis of costumer satisfaction for FPO Ltd. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts. The company is described and analyzed in the analytical part. Furthermore, the results of customer satisfaction survey are processed and evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Finally, based on the data are suggested measures and recommendations to increase customer satisfaction.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the proposal of guerilla campaign in a company Baliarne obchodu Poprad, a.s.. Introduction of the theoretical part explains basic knowledge of advertising, various types of guerilla and serves as a base for empirical part, in which I analyze current status of external and internal environment of the company. Based on identified weaknesses of the comapny is guerilla campaign designed to appeal to wide range of customers, new target group and the mark has become well known throughout the territoty of Slovak republic.

Master´s thesis deals with electro-designers addressing concept proposal by the Automation and drives division of Siemens company. Actual state in the company has been explored by SWOT analysis. By means of questionnaire investigation, main criteria according to which the electro-designers are abided by during the manufacturer selection, has been established. Forcefully to these criteria, the set of measures leading to the Siemens products position by the electro-designers improvement, has been proposed. By realization of the measures, outstanding relationships improvement will happen and thus also many new customers will be won.

The thesis is divided into three parts, the first part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the marketing. The second part is analytical and consists of an analysis of the current marketing mix, evaluation questionnaires and SWOT analysis. The third part is devoted to improving the design of the marketing strategy.

The first part is divided into sections where various theoretic resources of marketing and processing of marketing strategy can be found. Second part is focused on firm Bábor Eurodance, mainly on its present marketing strategy, creation of subbases for new marketing strategy suggestion and third part includes proper subbase of this strategy.
