The influence and impact of GDPR on business and citizens

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to acquaint readers with General Data Protection Regulation, its impact on businesses, citizens themselves, and to point out frequent mistakes that arise in connection with non-compliance with applicable legal provisions. In the introduction, I will briefly present the previous laws and governmental provisions, which will be followed by an analysis of the GDPR regulation itself. In connection with this, I will also mention the electronic document and records management system and the data box information system (ISDS). Furthermore, I will describe address the differences across legal regulations of a national and international nature. I will also then describe the impact of all regulations on the operation of companies, their employees, and clients. Issues of parental allowance in the Czech Republic

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to define changes in the field of parental allowance social benefits in Czech Republic, which happened in 2020, when the new legislation was implemented. Parental allowance is one of five social benefits provided by the system of state social support. It is one of the most important benefits given out by the state to support a family, that's the reason why this analysis is not only interesting, but is also important. This work will contain a description of social benefits, which are provided by the state to support women in pregnancy through the health insurance system from which the most important social benefit is maternity financial assistance, to which a woman is entitled after fulfilling statutory period of insurance. Further the bachelor thesis describes not just the organization of state social support, which supervises payments of parental allowance, but also authorities operating in the field of state social policy, such as Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Czech Social Security Administration and Labor Office of the Czech Republic.

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to data data boxes, their development throughout the time, their significance and legal definition. The theoretical part of my thesis is focused on the impact of data data boxes on the legislative framework in the Czech Republ ic, and it covers the development of eGovern ment in the Czech Republic where data data boxes are considered as one of the eGovern ment priorities. In my research I am using questionnaire methodology in which I have focused on the longterm stowage and usage of data boxes by public archives. This part of my study is dedicated to the objective and practical use of data boxes in the system. The thesis is based on current and relevant scientific sources, titles and legal policies. The specifics of publication service of the Ministry of Defense focusing on the period since accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to the present

When we hear the term records management, many of us envisage official everyday correspondence. Those who work with records realise they are involved in their management from their very creation, through processing, to storage, i.e., records management throughout their lifecycle. However, this relates to a very broad group of standard records that don't require different forms of handling. Yet, there are records that are subject to a special handling regime, either because they contain classified information or information provided in international relations that is sensitive or specific to their content in some way. Handling these records requires a regime that ensures the information contained therein is maximally protected. Establishing a special handling regime for such records presents specific demands in several areas, not only administration itself, but also in terms of personnel, their physical security or transmission via communication and information systems. One place where these kinds of records are quite common is the Ministry of Defence, which can provide further insight into the issue and show the complexity and difficulty of the entire process of handling records with which some people work and come into contact and who are involved in their management with respect to current...

The providing legal validity of digital and analog documents

In today's "electronic" era, the topic of this bachelor's thesis, The Providing Legal Validity of Analogue and Digital Documents, is highly relevant. The legal validity of documents is not only related to state authorities and public administration but concerns citizens themselves. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to shed light on the issue of analogue and digital documents and to the related legal validity. Legislation in the Czech Republic changes the legal validity of documents by means of laws, decrees and regulations and given the increasing number of these changes it is very difficult to orientate in this area. In the first part of the thesis it will be explained what is behind the concept of a document itself, and what is its role and meaning. In the next part it will be followed by the issues related to the analogue document including its legal requirements and its circulation in the file service. Subsequently, a similar analysis of the digital document and the legal regulations on which the digital document is built will be made. In particular, the work will be based mainly on the fundamental legal norms and regulations related to the eGovernment, which was initiated by Act No. 300/2008 Coll., on the Electronic Acts and Authorized Document Conversion. Bank of Czechoslovak legions in 1919-1938

Předkládaná disertační práce má za cíl zpracovat pokud možno celistvý obraz, na československém meziválečném peněžním trhu do značné míry ojedinělé, bankovní instituce - Banky československých legií. Těžiště práce spočívá ve sledování důsledků hospodářských aktivit čsl. legií v Rusku, ideových motivů a politicko-vojenských okolností doprovázejících založení banky. Dále pak v analýze struktury banky a rozkrytí jejích obchodně podnikatelských aktivit v období I. republiky. Ojedinělý byl již způsob, načasování a místo vzniku Legiobanky, kdy těžiště jejích počátečních obchodních aktivit leželo na území cizího státu, zmítaného válkou. S tím souvisí otázka z jakých zdrojů pocházel akciový kapitál Legiobanky. Dosavadní poznatky určily za hlavní zdroje vklady Vojenské spořitelny a zadržené služné vojáků, ale problémem zůstávala obvinění vznášená jak v dobovém tisku a publikacích bývalých bělogvardějských generálů, tak v sovětské vědecké literatuře, že Legiobanka vznikla na základě ukradeného ruského zlatého pokladu. Vzhledem k tomu, že Legiobanka během svého působení na Sibiři hrála aktivní roli v nákupu surovin pro československý průmysl (surovinová akce), k čemuž použila vedle vlastních peněžních prostředků (vklady Vojenské spořitelny) také peníze státu (zadržené služné), pokusila se předkládaná práce vyhodnotit...
