Zajíčková, Andrea ; Blahová, Olga (referee) ; Kocmanová, Alena (advisor)
This master´s thesis evaluates the economic situation of HAL-KON, s. r. o. in the years 2006 – 2008. There is in accordance with theoretical knowledge performed evaluation of company with a few of valuation methods.
The role of cultural cummunity centres for local development
Švandová, Andrea ; KAŠPAR, David (advisor) ; ŠKOCHOVÁ-BLÁHOVÁ, Olga (referee)
This Master's thesis named "The role of cultural community centres for local development" examines the local culture facility's part in development potential in given area. The theoretical part of this thesis deals in general with the significance and the part culture plays in sustainable development within both academic and political realm as well as it offers terminology of problems mentioned in this thesis. The conclusions of the theoretical part are practically verified and proofed on a particular example of cultural and community based facility in Prague using a case study method.

Study of Mechanical Properties of Magnesium Based Alloys
Dušek, J. ; Buršíková, V. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Bláhová, O.
The paper summarizes the results of study of mechanical properties of magnesium based alloys.
Geometrické faktory mikroindentace vazkopružných materiálů ostrým indentorem
Minster, Jiří ; Bláhová, O. ; Lukeš, J. ; Němeček, J.
Two approaches are applied to define short-term histories of creep compliance of a common epoxy composition loaded by a step load using microindentation data with the aim to compare the results with previously received data from standard macro measurements and to examine limitations of the method.
Studium mechanických vlastností DLC tenkých vrstev deponovaných v jedno a dvoufrekvenčním kapacitním výboji
Buršíková, V. ; Stoica, A. ; Sobota, Jaroslav ; Grossman, Jan ; Fořt, Tomáš ; Klapetek, P. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Bláhová, O.
Nanostructured diamond-like carbon coatings were deposited on several different substrate materials (silicon, glass, polycarbonate and steel) in single (13.56 MHz) and dual capacitive r.f. discharges (LF=100-300kHz, HF =13.56 MHz). The objective of our study was to find the optimum combination of the high and low frequency (continuous or pulsed) excitation enabling to cover uneven substrate surfaces and significant lowering of the internal stress in films.
Studium mechanických vlastností gradovaných amorfních DLC povlaků deponovaných PECVD
Buršíková, V. ; Stoica, A. ; Sobota, Jaroslav ; Grossman, Jan ; Fořt, Tomáš ; Klapetek, P. ; Buršík, Jiří ; Peřina, Vratislav ; Bláhová, O.
For optimisation of performance of the coating there is necessary to optimise the following materials parameters: the elastic modulus, hardness, surface strength, film fracture toughness and film-substrate adhesion. We proposed to protect the substrate surface with graded coating, which has monotonically graded elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio.
Mechanické charakteristiky reonomních materiálů stanovené užitím mikro- a nanoindentace
Minster, Jiří ; Bláhová, O. ; Le Clere, R.
The paper deals with the disspersion of instrumented indentation measurements of rheonomic materials caused by state and properties of tested samples. It demonstrates the important influence of the temperature of the tested material, its viscoelastic behaviour, techology and microinhomogeneities on the microhardness and instantaneous elastic modulus values measured using the Nano Indenter XP and the microindenter MHT 10V.
Gradienty zbytkových napětí a nanotvrdosti v povrchových vrstvách leštěných vzorků ocelí
Ganev, N. ; Čerňanský, Marian ; Drahokoupil, Jan ; Zubko, P. ; Bláhová, O.
Contribution presents results of analysis of residual stress and nanohardness gradients in surface layers of polished steel samples. It shows, that macrostress, microstrain and microhardness are inhomogeneous towards depth in the polished surface layers.
