My bachelor‘s thesis will deal with creating web pages using HTML, cascading style sheets, dynamic language PHP and the MySQL database connection. The practical part will then focus on creating web sites arranged by modern outfit part of special units of the U.S. Army from 2000 to 2010.

Development and construction of HSS modular milling cuttter

The aim of this thesis is to design geometry and dimension of involute gear cutter and its construction on parametric software Autodesk Inventor and fabrication a prototype of this cutter. This thesis has also concern with analysis and division of high speed steel and division of cutting tools. In this thesis was used bibliography, norms and collaboration with company named ZPS-FN a.s. The result of thesis is fabrication of prototypes of involute gear cutter for module 2 from eight-member sequence, namely members 1 and 8.

This bachelor's thesis deals with programming for mobile platform Android. It describes basic techniques of programming for this platform. As a part of this thesis was created an application for simplier bus ticket reservation. This thesis also analyses an implementation of this application.

Processing and Visualization of Mass Spectrums

One of new techniques in the field of analytical chemistry, which has more and more practical use, is mass spectrometry imaging. With its ability to record representation of substances in samples during the tissue analyze arise problem with a lot of output data which needs to be handled programmatically. The goal of this work is to create an software for processing and visualization data of new standard imzML. As a part of the work, the field of mass spectrometry, primarily MALDI TOF mass spectrometry, is briefly introduced. There are also introduced some methods for mass spectrometry data preprocessing. The work also contains a summary of current state of available software for processing and visualization of mass spectrometry data. With requests from cooperating laboratory a novel software is designed and implemented, which besides the visualization itself, can preprocess the data for example data smoothing with Savitzky-Golay method, internal calibration or peak detection with continuous wavelet transformation. The software was successfully tested on real data sets.

The thesis contains a draft business plan for the establishment of trade with the sale of classic men's fashion. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical solutions connected with the business plan, the second part is devoted to a thorough analysis and a third, practical part, apply theoretical and analytical knowledge in order to create a real and viable business plan.

A purpose of this thesis is to make a study material for students aspiring for VFR NIGHT and IFR flying. An extra part of this thesis is given to illusions and together withs practical standard procedures during these flights there is described how to prevent or reduce these illusions.

The Integrated Transport System in the South Bohemian Region

This This Master´s Thesis deals with the problems of the integrated transport system in the South Bohemian Region. After the explanation of the concept the integrated transport system follows the specification of the transport systems, the transport divisions and short introduction with the legislative framework. Further in my Master´s thesis I describe two chosen efficient and sophisticated integrated transport systems in the Czech Republic. Next part of this work deals with the current traffic situation in the South Bohemian Region. It follows the prices comparison for the tickets in the local transport and analysis the connection in chosen towns in the South Bohemian Region. The aim of this work is to make a suggestion of the integrated transport system, chose the model, tariffs and prices for the tickets. In the last part of this work I pay attention to the detected weaknesses and I suggest their possible solution.
