Bártová, Veronika ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Suchý, Jiří (referee)
The purpose of the research part of this thesis is to determine and compare the level of physical abilities of athletes in the hammer throw and discus throw who are enrolled in the Sports Centre for Youth. The testing was conducted in November 2021 and 2022, and a total of 50 athletes in hammer throw and discus throw participated. The test battery consists of several tests that determine the level of speed, explosive strength, as well as endurance skills. The data are compared against the evaluation scale created by the Czech Athletic Association for the purpose of test evaluation. The results were also compared with each other to determine whether hammer throwers or discus throwers or athletes in the youth or junior category achieved a better level of movement abilities. The results of the research show that the vast majority of athletes achieve the average level of ability that was tested. The tests also showed that a relatively large percentage of competitors (around 20 %) from both hammer throwers and discus throwers exhibit a below average level of explosive strength lower limb abilities, which is confirmed to be important for performance in the throwing events, as demonstrated in the next section of the research. In the tests, the male discus throwers achieved a better level, while the result...

These styles posses certain significant characteristics that can be used to map their development, as well as comparison of those two. The objects can be split into categories based on those characteristics. This paper looks at those categories and studies the development within.

1 SUMMARY Church of St Mauritius The Bachelor's thesis on the Church of St Mauritius pursues the history of the Sušice region and the associated reign of the Counts of Bogen, the medieval communications in South-West Bohemia, history of the village of Mouřenec, description, architectonic and historical study of the Church of St Mauritius, as well as ground-plan disposition analogies to the church of St Mauritius in Bavaria and Upper Austria. The Counts of Bogen significantly influenced the history of the Czech Kingdom and mainly the history of the Sušice region. This noble family was close-knit with the Premyslide dynasty, both by marriages and assistance in armed conflicts. During their rule until their die- out in 1242, the Counts of Bogen built up a considerable territory that became one of the most important basis for the territory ruled by the Wittelsbachs. We can learn more about the Šumava paths since the 11th century, from where origin the first verified records. According to these written records, the oldest paths across the Šumava Mountains are the St Vintíř Path and the Golden Path. These historical paths connected Bohemia with the Danubian regions around Regensburg (St Vintíř Path) and around Passau (Golden Path). The Church of St Mauritius is situated on a perch above the Otava River near the...
Biodostupnost rtuti ve vysoce kontaminovaných půdách a její přestup do hub
Bártová, Veronika
This diploma thesis deals with bioavailability of mercury in high contaminated soils collected in the Jedová hora in the Brdská vrchovina and their change to mushrooms. Theoretical part deals with parameters of mercury, its toxicity and appearance in Environment with focus on mercury content in the soil and change of mercury to the biota (to mushrooms and mosses). In practical part was summarized own analysis of mercury assessment with assistance of dedicated atomic absorption spectrometer AMA 254 and mobile form of mercury by technology of diffuse gradient in thin film - DGT. Average amount of mercury in collected samples of the soil moved between 1,25 +/- 0,01 mg.kg-1 - 276,18 +/- 0,09 mg.kg-1. From the soil to the soil solution passed only 0,01 - 0,09 % of mercury. From the soil solution was for DGT units, therefore for biota, available only 0,10 - 4,47 % of mercury. The mercury content in the soil solution (r = 0,861) and mobile forms of mercury (r = 0,980) in the soils significantly correlated with the total mercury content in soils and also with the total sulphur content in the soils (r = 0,931). The highest concentration of mercury in mushrooms was detected in dry matter of Holubinka sesterská (Russula sororia Fr.) 12,490 +/- 2,439 mg.kg-1 and highest concentration of mercury in mosses was measured in dry matter of Ploník ztenčený (Polytrichum formosum) 0,420 +/- 0,111 mg.kg-1.
