Příčiny vzniku špalkového kopyta a možnosti terapie

This diploma thesis is about causes of clubfoot in horses and therapy options. The goal was development of theoretical research and observation of development of clubfoot in the pony mare during her therapy. Collected data were evaluated. This thesis has two parts. First, theoretic, draws from many Czech and also foreign sources. Then an overview of causes of clubfoot in horses has been created. In the second, practical part, an observation and documentation of clubfeet of the pony mare was made. This observation lasted three years. Angles of hooves were measured by protractor and the data was evaluated graphically. Then data was evaluated using statistics too. The obtained data shows decreasing trend of angles of both clubfeet. So, we can conclude that effective hoof correction of this pathology is possible.
The formation of catechists in the Czech and Moravian dioceses (1990-2015)

The dissertation entitled "Formation of the catechists laymen in the Czech and Moravian dioceses (1990 - 2015)" focuses on the development of the formation of lay catechists in Czech and Moravian dioceses in the last twenty five years. With a view to the official catholic documents referring to the formation of lay catechists, this work is aimed to evaluate the fundamental and lifelong formation of catechists in particular dioceses. The dissertation is based on a combined research consisting of inquiries, which are being answered due to a solid insight into documents of dioceses, internal documents of diocesan catechetical centres as well as surveys and interviews with heads of catechetical centres and witnesses of the historical activity of these centres. The practical part contains charts. Final part of the dissertation indicates advantages of this work which can be used in future following research on the subject of formation of lay catechists in the Czech Republic. Anotation The diploma thesis entitled One of the Models of Girls' Preparation to Nursing is divided into four parts. The first part explains the term nursing in general in relation to social work. The second part is devoted to the project of Catholic schools for girls and to a unique twenty-five years lasting model of the integrated education of girls with social and health disadvantage at The Girls' Catholic High School, Platnéřská 4, Prague 1. The third part is focused on the role of the nursing care of the Knights of the Cross. The second part contains the investigation in the form of the study of documents; the interviews with the teachers, chosen graduates and students are to be found in the fourth part. The use of HandTutor in occupational therapy with people after brain damage

This bachelor's thesis deals with the use of HandTutor technology in occupational therapy with people after brain damage. The theoretical part describes HandTutor technology, brain damage and subsequent occupational therapy intervention. HandTutor technology is presented as an active rehabilitating system of upper limb including diagnostic and therapeutic part. The practical part contains the aim of the thesis, research questions and the methodology of the research. In my research, the progress of therapies with HandTutor technology is presented by two case reports of people after brain damage. The result of the research is the record of the changes in the parameters measured by HandTutor technology. The changes are reflected in the charts and visual supplements. The conclusion summarises the responses of research questions describing also the problems which can occur while using this technology. This thesis serves as an introduction HandTutor technology, specifies its use in occupational therapy with people after brain damage and recommends futher research of the diagnostic data analysis in an objective evaluation.
