Tato diplomová práce řeší možné příčiny vzniku a možnosti terapie špalkového kopyta u koní. Cílem bylo vypracování teoretické literární rešerše a následně pozorování vývoje špalkových kopyt během terapie u pony klisny se sběrem dat, které bylo později vyhodnoceno. Práce má tedy dvě části. První, teoretickou, kdy bylo čerpáno z mnoha českých i zahraničních zdrojů a následně byl vytvořen přehled možných příčin vzniku špalkového kopyta u koní. Ve druhé, praktické, části pak probíhalo pozorování a dokumentování špalkových kopyt pony klisny během tří let terapie. Úhly kopyt byly měřeny pomocí úhloměru a získaná data byla následně vyhodnocena pomocí grafického znázornění. Dále byla zpracována statistická analýza pro ověření spolehlivosti dat. Získané výsledky pak ukazují snižující se trend úhlů obou postižených kopyt. Lze tak usuzovat, že efektivní náprava této patologie je možná. This diploma thesis is about causes of clubfoot in horses and therapy options. The goal was development of theoretical research and observation of development of clubfoot in the pony mare during her therapy. Collected data were evaluated. This thesis has two parts. First, theoretic, draws from many Czech and also foreign sources. Then an overview of causes of clubfoot in horses has been created. In the second, practical part, an observation and documentation of clubfeet of the pony mare was made. This observation lasted three years. Angles of hooves were measured by protractor and the data was evaluated graphically. Then data was evaluated using statistics too. The obtained data shows decreasing trend of angles of both clubfeet. So, we can conclude that effective hoof correction of this pathology is possible.
