Analysis of the life insurance products in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to compare the products of the life insurance offered by various insurance companies. Were selected five insurance - Česká pojišťovna, Kooperativa pojišťovna, ČSOB Pojišťovna, ING Pojišťovna and Pojišťovna České spořitelny. Products that are currently the best were selected from the product lists of these insurance companies. The aim of this thesis is to compare the products of the life insurance offered by various insurance companies. Using the method of evaluated sum and method TOPSIS was identified that the most ideal life insurance for the selected client is the product called Diamant by Česká pojišťovna.

Psychological Aspects of the Functioning on Consumer

The thesis deals with the relationship between consumer and seller. The thesis explores how the selected restaurant functions on consumers and how consumers perceive these influences. The study of selected restaurant and they consumers showed that most of respondents liked these influences. Most of the interviewed guests welcomed advice from the staff, evaluated them and then chose the best solution. Purport the thesis lies in discovering how to increase sales by means of the Functioning without manipulation and pressure on the consumer.

Tourism and recreation in south part of Písek region

The aim of my work is to evaluate the current state of tourism in the area of south Písecko. Futher assessment of the structure of assumptions for tourism in selected area, where it was found, which attractions offers monitored area. The work also focuses on the visitor´s relationship to the environment visited the place. On the basis of executed question research at free locations was appreciated structure of the present visitors in the selected areas. The last point is to identify topics appropriate to the optimization use this area of tourism and recreation.
