Attitude of midwives towards physiotherapeutic interventions during pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium

The purpose of this thesis investigates the attitude of midwives towards physiotherapeutic interventions during pregnancy, labour and puerperium. Two goals were defined for the thesis. The first goal was to investigate the midwives' interest in the inclusion of the selected methods to their practice and the second objective was to verify the midwives' interest in multidisciplinary cooperation with a physical therapist. The conducted research was based on a quantitative survey via a questionnaire of author's own construction. The questionnaire was distributed in electronic form. The research group consisted of 196 respondents, of which 195 were women and 1 of which was a man. Most respondents belonged to the age group between 25 and 36 years. 75 % of the respondents had a university degree, 11,2 % respondents stated that they graduated vocational school and 13,8 % respondents stated that that their highest reached level of education was highschool. The research showed that midwives are interested in inclusion of the methods in their practice and in multidisciplinary cooperation with a physical therapist. The midwives younger than 35 years showed higher interest in increasing their education than midwives older than 35 years. Correlation between the respondent's age and use of the individual methods was not proven by the research. The results showed that 94 % of the respondents considered multidisciplinary cooperation as important. 79,6 % respondents were interested in multidisciplinary cooperation with a physical therapist. The physical therapists that worked on the respondents' workplace mostly dealt with verticalization and scar care in women after caesarean section and in women after gynecological operations. The respondents themselves used the excercises of getting up sideways the most (93,9 %), verticalization (86,7 %) and breathing excercises. Respondents stated that they felt the greatest increase in the involvement of midwives in rehabilitation care is neeeded in birth injury and scar care (115x). The results can be presented at professional conferences for midwives.
Aspects of Advance care planning in older adults

The aim of the presented work is to introduce aspects of planning future care for the elderly. That is a process in which individuals can discuss and document their wishes and preferences regarding the care of their person at a time when they themselves will no longer be able to express themselves. Within the theoretical part of the work, the context of planning will be presented as well as very concept of Advance care planning. Attention will also be paid to the historical transformation of the perception of death and dying by the majority society as well as to the role of classical medicine, aimed to saving human life and delaying death, for the moments of the end of life. The subsequent chapter is devoted to the presentation of palliative care, its role in the care for a patient at the end of life, what its relationship to the so-called victorious medicine can be, what type of patients it cares for and what their needs could be. Following chapters are then devoted to the main participants in planning, i.e. health professionals, family members or social workers. The last chapter then presents the main component of the concept, the conversation about future care. Problematics of the work of the peer consultants in the field of mental health care

The aim of the presented work is to present problematic aspects of the work of peer consultants in the field of mental health care, i.e., in psychiatric hospitals, social services and leisure clubs. The theoretical part will present the context from which the position grows and comes- the concept of mental illness and stigmatization of mental illness, as well as the project of deinstituonalization of the mental health care system. The theoretical part of the work is then concluded with an introduction to the position of the peer consultant. In the practical part I deal with the problematic aspects themselves by the means of semi-structured interviews. Aspects such as the scope of work of the peer consultant, experience with colleagues and clients, requirements for the position, the topic of the future and the work procedure and finally also the issue of the legislative anchoring of this position. Peer Consultanst in the Czech Republic: an Analysis of the Concept and Use of Employing People with Mental Health Issues

The aim of presented work is to map the use of peer consultants' services among organizations working in the field of mental health care. The structure of the work is as follows - The first chapter offers a deeper introduction to the issue of mental illness. The second one presents the individual possibilities of employment of people with mental illness and aspects of barriers to entry into the free labour market. The third chapter presents in more detail the position of the peer worker, especially one of his options, i.e. the position of the peer consultant, the benefits and the negatives of this position and comparison with other possibilities of employment of people with mental illness in the free labour market. The last, fourth chapter is the practical part, which deals with the use of the services of peer consultants in the Czech Republic at present and compares it with the previous results of the survey. Communications domestic music clubs and organizations on social networks and its changes

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate communication of domestic music clubs and organizations on social networks and its impression on the users of these pages. First chapter is dedicated to the marketing, marketing and communication mix and its tools concerning online communication, especially social networks and its use in the commercial area. Second chapter introduces us examined music clubs and organizations and analyses its online communication by the SWOT analysis and comparison. The main part of the work focuses on the perception of the communication of selected subjects on Facebook. Right after that is the research analyzed and evaluated. Based on this process, there have been made some tips and recommendations, which can be useful in the future.
