Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem porodních asistentek k fyzioterapeutickým intervencím v průběhu těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí. Pro práci byly definovány dva cíle. Prvním cílem bylo sledovat zájem porodních asistentek o zařazení vybraných metod do své praxe a druhým cílem bylo ověřit zájem porodních asistentek o multidisciplinární spolupráci s fyzioterapeutem. Výzkumné šetření bylo vedeno na základě kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníků vlastní konstrukce. Dotazník byl distribuován elektronickou formou. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 196 respondentů, z čehož bylo 195 žen a 1 muž. Největší zastoupení měla věková skupina mezi 25 a 36 lety. 75 % respondentů mělo vysokoškolské vzdělání, 11,2 % respondentů vystudovalo vyšší odbornou školu a 13,8 % respondentů uvedlo jako nejvyšší ukončené vzdělání střední školu. Výzkumné šetření prokázalo, že porodní asistentky mají zájem o zařazení metod do své praxe a o mezioborovou spolupráci s fyzioterapeutem. Porodní asistentky mladší 35 let vykazovaly vyšší zájem o navyšování vzdělání než porodní asistentky starší. Mezi věkem a používáním jednotlivých metod nebyla výzkumným šetřením prokázána korelace. Výsledky prokázaly, že 94 % respondentů považovalo multidisciplinární spolupráci za důležitou. 79,6 % respondentů mělo o multidisciplinární spolupráci s fyzioterapeutem zájem. Fyzioterapeuti, kteří působili na pracovištích respondentů, nejvíce řešili vertikalizaci a péči o jizvu u žen po císařském řezu a u žen po gynekologických operacích. Sami respondenti nejvíce využívali nácvik vstávání přes bok (93,9 %), vertikalizaci (86,7 %) a nácvik dýchání (79,6 %). Respondenti uváděli, že je největší posílení zapojení porodní asistentky do rehabilitační péče pociťují v péči o porodní poranění a jizvu (115x). Výsledky mohou být prezentovány na odborných konferencích pro porodní asistentky. The purpose of this thesis investigates the attitude of midwives towards physiotherapeutic interventions during pregnancy, labour and puerperium. Two goals were defined for the thesis. The first goal was to investigate the midwives' interest in the inclusion of the selected methods to their practice and the second objective was to verify the midwives' interest in multidisciplinary cooperation with a physical therapist. The conducted research was based on a quantitative survey via a questionnaire of author's own construction. The questionnaire was distributed in electronic form. The research group consisted of 196 respondents, of which 195 were women and 1 of which was a man. Most respondents belonged to the age group between 25 and 36 years. 75 % of the respondents had a university degree, 11,2 % respondents stated that they graduated vocational school and 13,8 % respondents stated that that their highest reached level of education was highschool. The research showed that midwives are interested in inclusion of the methods in their practice and in multidisciplinary cooperation with a physical therapist. The midwives younger than 35 years showed higher interest in increasing their education than midwives older than 35 years. Correlation between the respondent's age and use of the individual methods was not proven by the research. The results showed that 94 % of the respondents considered multidisciplinary cooperation as important. 79,6 % respondents were interested in multidisciplinary cooperation with a physical therapist. The physical therapists that worked on the respondents' workplace mostly dealt with verticalization and scar care in women after caesarean section and in women after gynecological operations. The respondents themselves used the excercises of getting up sideways the most (93,9 %), verticalization (86,7 %) and breathing excercises. Respondents stated that they felt the greatest increase in the involvement of midwives in rehabilitation care is neeeded in birth injury and scar care (115x). The results can be presented at professional conferences for midwives.
