The Barcelona Process within the External Relations of the European Union (The Contribution of Spain)

The Barcelona Process represents the European Union's effort to define complex and coherent strategy towards the countries of the Mediterranean region. Mutual relations have been gradually developed from the 1960s; nevertheless only particular initiatives were undertaken with the aim to deal with the specific aspects of the relations. With regard to the development of the European Communities and considering events on the international scene it was necessary to define more complex strategy that would comprise not only economic aspects but also political, security, social and cultural aspects. The introduction of the thesis addresses to defining and arrangement of the external relations of the European Communities/European Union. Then it deals with the development of mutual relations until 1995 according to every decade, in which there are mentioned and described initiatives and activities of EC/EU in the Mediterranean region as well as events on the international scene that had significant impact on the shaping of the agenda. The Impact of the europeanisation process on Spain

This dissertation analyses the europeanisation process and its impact on Spain. Its main aim is to find answers to the following questions - which Spanish institutions were mostly affected by Spain joining the European Communities/European Union and how successful was Spain in putting their political priorities on the top of the list of the European Union agenda. It analyses the main impacts and emphasizes the institutional changes that were put in place with the aim of fulfilling the European political requirements. Having done the analysis using the appropriate tools, this dissertation comes to a conclusion that the Spanish membership in the European Communities/European Union had an important impact on domestic institutional structure and the political system. It also shows that in certain aspects Spain was able to push its national interests and to influence the European integration process in the areas of its priority interests. On the other hand, this dissertation also comes to a conclusion, that with the growing number of member states and the impact of economic crisis Spain has lost its productive power that was characteristic for this country until the end of 2004. Argentinian Gastronomy in Relation to Supply and Demand in Prague

The main focus of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the Argentinian gastronomy supply and demand in Prague, and to evaluate their mutual relationship. The theoretical part deals with basic terms and their definitions that provide a background for the practical part. The first chapter explains the importance of tourism, food-beverage services and gastronomy. The second chapter is devoted to the Argentinian gastronomy itself, its typical ingredients, traditional dishes and eating habits as well. The practical part of the thesis contains 3 chapters and it consists in analysing the "supply and demand" and in listing the final results from both analysis. Within the analysis of supply, the mystery shopping was made in 4 different Argentinian restaurants. Based on the results of the mystery shopping, the restaurants were compared. The demand for Argentinian gastronomy in Prague was analysed by own survey .The final chapter of the thesis sums-up the previously mentioned findings and it outlines recommendations and suggestions for particular restaurants.

This bachelors theses focuses on the tourism and its public administration. Main objectives are to assess the influence of European union and its impact on the activities within the public administration of tourism in Czech Republic and on its current communication. Hypothesis is that the current tourism policy of Czech Republic is to a great extent regulated and thereby, its communication will not correspond with todays needs. In the first chapter are defined the key terms and explained the tourism policy as tool of public administration of this sector. The second chapter focuses on the public administration of tourism at the European and national level and the last one is dedicated to communication of tourism products of Czech Republic and communication tools used in the promotion.
Vietnam as a tourist destination in the international tourism market

The diploma thesis deals with Vietnam's position in the international tourism market. The main aim of the thesis is to better understand Vietnam's tourism interdependence, the development of the economy, which will be evaluated on the basis of key indicators analysis and analyze the position of the country in the current tourism market at the same time. This will help us to assess future trends at Vietnam tourist market. The first part deals with the general characteristics of tourism, the basic notions of tourism and economy. In the second part are mentioned basic information about the country and the economic analysis of the state are mentioned in the second part . The last chapter is dedicated to tourism in Vietnam, its position in this market and an estimation of future developments. All outcomes of this thesis are summarized in the SWOT analysis.
The impact of the migration crisis on international tourism

This diploma thesis deals with two current phenomena, migration and terrorism. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate tourism in the territory of the European Union in the last two years when faces the migration crisis in comparison with the previous years. The tourism development of selected member states is analyzed by incoming, outbound and domestic tourism statistics, as well as its participation in GDP and total employment in the countries. The theoretical part defines the key concepts of migration, terrorism and international tourism. The practical part identifies the impacts of the current migration crisis and the new trends that are now emerging. The thesis also contains recommendations to destinations on how to approach the crisis and prediction of future development.

The main goals of the thesis are a detailed description of the services the airport offers to travellers and an evaluation of the airport´s operations with regards to its 2016 record season. The theoretical section of the thesis deals with the airport´s history, its premises and its range of operations and services. The analytical section aims to map which of tis services are most widely used with regards to travellerś gender and age.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the macroeconomic indicators of the economy and to evaluate the position of France within the international tourism market, together with the assessment of the competitiveness of the country in both areas. Firsty, the thesis carries out macroeconomic analysis of the French economy and then assesses the economic development of the country and its competitiveness. Afterwards, the work focuses on the tourism of France, its characteristics, major regions, attractiveness and latest statistics together with the assessment of competitiveness and position on the international tourism market. Finally, it describes problem areas and current tourism strategy of the country and mentions possible future development.
Israel: position on the international tourism market

The aim of this diploma thesis is to give an overview of the position of Israel in the international tourism market. In the introductory part, the thesis deals mainly with the theoretical definition of tourism and focuses mainly on the indicators that can assess the potential for tourism development. The second chapter summarizes the basic data on Israel, including the religion, which is absolutely crucial here. In addition to that, this chapter sums up the basic macroeconomic indicators that can describe the Israeli economy. The last chapter lists the specific prerequisites for the development of tourism in Israel, including not only cultural and natural monuments but also transport, accommodation and catering services offered by Israel to its visitors.
