It will focus on the organizational structures currently used, suggesting optimal structures, identifying types of information systems and the choice of appropriate information resources which can be used in other companies.

This thesis focuses on the implementation of corporate standards in the supply chain and inventory storage and optimalization of these processes in brewery Jihlava of the company Pivovary Lobkowicz, a.s. It contains an analysis of the current situation, identify problems and defeciencies, evaluate them and propose measures to alleviate or eliminate them, thereby contributing to a more efficient use of corporate costs, such as time, staff, materials and others.

The bachelor thesis deals with material flow, fluency of production and waste during the manufacturing process in the chosen company. Firstly, the theoretical background of the thesis is provided. Next part is devoted to the detailed analysis of current state, which is focused on manufacturing process of a chosen welded composition. Chosen composition serves as a representative sample for this type of compositions. At the end, the thesis suggests solutions for leaning of material flow, increasing fluency of production and eliminating waste in the manufacturing process.

Creation of Production Scheduling with the Realization of the Production Layout

Diploma thesis focuses on creation of scheduling system for production processes and labour within heat pump manufacturing line in Daikin Device Czech Republic, connected with modification of production and warehouse layout. First part analyzes products, assembly line and its current state of layout. Furthermore it deals with measurement and analysis of work performed by operatives. Proposal part describes layout changes, whereupon line balancing is processed for different production levels and finally comes creation of scheduling system itself.

Analysis of Manufacturing Processes and Proposal their Improvement

This thesis analyses the specific operation in the production process of the company Macte spol. s r. o. focusing on textile production. The theoretical part includes a description of manufacturing processes, textile industry, calculations and investment evaluation. The analytical part is focused on the characteristic of the current situation, organization economic performance, cutting and alternative possibilities connected with improvement and cost reduction. Finally, the proposals are described and evaluated.
