Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá materiálovým tokom, plynulosťou výroby a plytvaním počas výrobného procesu vo vybranom podniku. Najskôr sú vypracované teoretické východiská práce, potom je vykonaná detailná analýza súčasného stavu zameraná na výrobný proces vybranej zváranej zostavy, ktorá predstavuje reprezentatívnu vzorku pre tento typ zostáv. Následne práca navrhuje vlastné riešenia na zoštíhlenie materiálového toku, zvýšenie plynulosti výroby a elimináciu plytvania vo výrobnom procese. The bachelor thesis deals with material flow, fluency of production and waste during the manufacturing process in the chosen company. Firstly, the theoretical background of the thesis is provided. Next part is devoted to the detailed analysis of current state, which is focused on manufacturing process of a chosen welded composition. Chosen composition serves as a representative sample for this type of compositions. At the end, the thesis suggests solutions for leaning of material flow, increasing fluency of production and eliminating waste in the manufacturing process.
