The purpose of this bachelor's work is to find out the unities, discrepancies and duplicities in these Acts. The aim is to evaluate the legislative background of the cultural heritage preservation. This bachelor's work deals with the views of the culture preservation and landscape planning. The ifluence of the sight preservation and the role of the landscape planning is analysed and evaluated by setting a concrete example of a former brewery in Branik (Prague).
