Precise measurement of semiconductors

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was design a laboratory workplace for precise measurement of the stability output parameters of semiconductors. The thermostat is also part of this workplace. The thermostat is maintaining a constant temperature measured semiconductor. The entire laboratory preparation is controlled by a computer via USB. The program is created in control environment Agilent VEE for automatic measurement that semiconductor components.

This thesis deals with the design of information system of the company. Thesis at first explains the issues and concepts of the design of information systems including deployment of information system as a model for change management. Communication Environment for Spectral Analyzer Control

The aim of this master‘s thesis was design a new communication interface for spectral analyzer Seaward EMC Spectrum Receiver, which instead of the RS 232 interface is connected to a computer via the USB interface. This thesis contains both hardware and software solution based on the analysis and comprehensive understanding of communication between the spectrum analyzer and the computer. Further it contains the whole realization of communication interface and an example of measurement of the EMC problems too. Last part of this thesis was a realization of the automatic measurement via the development environment MATLAB and Agilent VEE, which was used for measurement of noise background.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and creation of the booking system in the website using the Nette framework. The thesis is divided into multiple parts. Finding the theoretical background is concerning the design and creation, and then the following implementation. Purpose of this work is to give readers a sort of a guide for creating applications using the Nette framework.
Reorthogonalization strategies in Golub-Kahan iterative bidiagonalization

The main goal of this thesis is to describe Golub-Kahan iterative bidiagonalization and its connection with Lanczos tridiagonalization and Krylov space theory. The Golub-Kahan iterative bidiagonalization is based on short recurrencies and when computing in finite precision arithmetics, the loss of orthogonality often occurs. Consequently, with the aim to reduce the loss of orthogonality, we focus on various reorthogonalization strategies. We compare them in numerical experiments on testing matrices available in the MATLAB environment. We study the dependency of the loss of orthogonalization and computational time on the choice of the method or the attributes of the matrix.
