The theme of this thesis is definition of marketing mix of experience brasserie Pivní burza, which is engaged on the sale of draft beer for variable prices, which are changing based on demand of customers. The main points are analysis and developing the marketing mix. Then making suggestions to improvement that will help to better competitiveness of company. Concrete suggestions will be based on conducted analysis.

The Business Plan of the Establishment New Restaurant

The diploma thesis is focused on creating a business plan for establishment a new restaurant that will dedicate itself to serve slovakian, hungarian and czech cuisine. Part of the thesis is to put together sales and costs prediction model in a pertinent subbranch. It also contains internal and external environment analysis, financial and business continuity plan.

Impact of bogs on local climate - Červené blato, Klenová

The diploma thesis analyses the impact of the presence of peat bogs on the local climate, especially on temperature, humidity regime and energetic balance. Date were collected on 2 comparable observation pots: Červené blato bog, Klenová bog. As a contrasting terrestric non-wetland ecosystem was chosen permanent grassland (TTP) in Malíkov nad Nežárkou village, in district of Jindřichův Hradec. The date were collected every hour using datalogger. During vegetation season a sample of plant biomass was taken. The expected results of the impact of bogs on climate has been proven on Červené blato bog. Klenová bog show unexpected figures collected in the altitude of 2 metres. It shows the lowest average humidity and the highest average day temperature of all observation spots. TTP show unexpected figures in the altitude of 2 meter which has been most likely caused by the presence of 2 ponds and spring.

The influence of fish stock on amphibians in newly created reservoirs

This thesis deals with the effects of fish stocking on the community of amphibians. Fish have under certain conditions a great effects on the diversity of amphibians. There may be predation or competition for food between fish and amphibians. Main objective of this study was to determine whether the fish stock is affected on the community of amphibians on the monitored locations. Observations conducted on two locations. The first location is a year-round without fish. At the second area are found the fish. Comparison of these sites showed that the monitored area is a direct effect of fish minimum. The main difference between these sites is probably affect the succession and character of the surrounding environment.

CSR as an effective tool in (not only) environmental issues

Diploma thesis is aimed on theoretical analyse of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and shows how it works in real life. Results of my study case (Patagonia) illustrate, that if the firms deal with the CSR in appropriate way, it can help to improve economic situation of the firm, it can also find some solutions in environmental crisis and improve social life of communities as well. This voluntary, inexpensive and effective instrument is compared with actions of public sphere in environmental protection. I analysed risks and cost efficiency of Kyoto protocol and biofuels and my results are, that these public actions on supranational level are costly, sometimes even purposeless, ineffective and risky from the point of view of economic school Public Choice.

Změna vlastnických práv při transformaci české ekonomiky v 90. letech 20. století

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na proces transformace českého centrálně plánovaného hospodářství na svobodnou tržní ekonomiku po listopadových událostech roku 89, zejména pak v letech 90. Stěžejním tématem je pro mě změna vlastnických práv v tomto období, tj. privatizace státního majetku. V analytické části jsem se pozastavil nad ještě nedokončenou privatizací nemocnic, ČEZu, Českých drah a České pošty. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, jestli důležité období našich novodobých dějin bylo jen rájem pro tuneláře, nebo dobře odvedená práce.
