Monolithic milling tools with PVD coatings and their use
Ševčík, Jan ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the monolithic milling tools carbide on the surface which is deposited by a thin layer of rating on. First of all, the thesis describes the method of milling, the basic division of milling operations and milling tools, power analysis tool load. Then, it is analyzed problems of cemented carbides, its production, properties and dividing into groups. After that it is described characteristic of coating methods, especially the PVD method, and its modifications. The last part is devoted to producer’s offers of coated monolithic mills. There are introduced few selected tools and described its characteristics, geometry and application suitability.
Multifunctional building - Houbalova - construction technology project
Ševčík, Jan ; Čech, Václav (referee) ; Henková, Svatava (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project poly-functional complex with a focus on execution of construction. Gross building is designed reinforced concrete skeleton combined with masonry. Technology will be developed Code for reinforced concrete monolithic frame and masonry. On the techno-logical stage it will be processed inspection and test plan and the balance of the major sources for the implementation of reinforced concrete structures 1.NP. The thesis is a proposal for construction site, which is complemented by a social facilities and offices. For an overall view of the construction of a multifunctional complex is processed time and financial plan, which will be further elaborated for building construction B. Availability of supply is verified by the design of routes. Like other task will be processed proposal formwork system for con-struction 1.NP Building B.
Design of Formula Student Front Axle Adjustable Stabilizer
Ševčík, Jan ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis focuses to design anti roll-bar for Formula Student car Dragon II build in FME. This work follows the proposal anti roll-bar car Dragon I of Jan Krasula. Task of this work is analyses last design, introduce more effective method treatment, create own design with parameters which will be better then last design. An integral part design is prepare manufacture documentation which will be base for manufacture of this komponent
Study of mechanism and kinetics of hexa-1,5-diene polymerisation catalyzed by phenoxy-imine titanium complex and MAO
Ševčík, Jan ; Cihlář, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hermanová, Soňa (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on study of polymerization of hexa-1,5-diene catalyzed by phenoxy-imine titanium dichloride (FI Ti) and methylaluminoxane (MAO) as cocatalyst. Effect of monomer concentration, polymerization temperature and cocatalyst/catalyst ratio on catalytic activity, molecular weights, polydispersities and particularly microstructure of prepared poly(hexa-1,5-diene) was studied. 1H NMR spectroscopy revealed that the poly(hexa-1,5-diene) microstructure contained methylene-1,3-cyclopentane (MCP) as well as vinyl tetramethylene (VTM) units. Kinetics of this polymerization was studied. Finally, copolymer of ethene and hexa-1,5-diene possessing incorporated pendant vinyl group was prepared.
Study population of bacteria by image analysis methods
Ševčík, Jan ; Veselá, Mária (referee) ; Zmeškal, Oldřich (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring and application of image analysis methods on Bacillus megaterium and Cupriavidus necator bacteria. The introduction describes a general knowledge about bacteria, microscopic and image analysis methods. At first it was necessary to prepare suitable microscopic specimens using Gram staining for the observation of a bacteria cell. Every picture of bacteria was taken using a CCD camera and a microscope. Box–Counting method was used to identify the optimal threshold value, corresponding to their fractal measure (or surface areas covered with bacteria) and fractal dimension (or entropy of their arrangement on the surface area). After thresholding, the images were further processed using the Mass–Radius method, which defines a distribution of bacteria relative to the centroid of a cluster.
Suspensions of passenger and race cars
Ševčík, Jan ; Zháňal, Lubor (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis focuses on comparing different types of axles between them with emphasis on changing the geometry during propružení.In student version of Autodesk Inventor Professional was created virtual models of axles and virtual test polygon. The output of the program are a series of images showing the axle during springing. Changes in geometry are quoted, described and analyzed. In conclusion there are compared to civil rights and race suspension.
TITANIUM - Technology coarse upper stage of construction
Ševčík, Jan ; Mesiarkin, Jan (referee) ; Henková, Svatava (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the solution of reinforced concrete upper portion of gross building a particular proposal technological process for the realization of the supporting structure of the building. In the technological regulations will be prepared draft reports formwork, describes the individual work procedures and construction. The work also includes a proposal building equipment, machinery, develop a timetable, location, building relationships with the wider transport routes, quality requirements and ensuring safety and the proposed measure. Like other entry will be processed technological specification for masonry rough upper structure solved object.
Crime and Religion
Ševčík, Jan ; Kovanda, Lukáš (advisor) ; Svoboda, Miroslav (referee)
This bachelor thesis analyzes relationship between number of Christians and criminality. It tests a hypothesis that there is a negative effect of number of religious people on number of crimes. This effect is tested on 7 categories of crime: murder, rape, assault, burglary, larceny, robbery and total crime. Data used in model are from 2011, when there was a census in Czech Republic. 14 regions of Czech Republic are analyzed with OLS method. Negative effect of religion was found statistically significant on burglary and total crime.
