Preparation and testing of silver immobilized nanoparticles for SERS spectroscopy of biomolecules

Main goal of this work was to develop methodology of immobilization of silver nanoparticles to silanized glass plates and employment of these substrates in biomolecular study using surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The suitable substrates for SERS spectroscopy, borohydride-reduced colloidal nanoparticles immobilized by mercapto- or aminosilane, have been found. Good SERS spectra of positively charged TMPyP porphyrin as well as of water insoluble TPP porphyrin (without interference of the solvent) have been obtained. Our results clearly show, that our substrates provide unique possibility how to measure SERS spectra of the porphyrins in his native free-base form (what is impossible directly from the colloid). Further experiments confirm that the porphyrins are protected against metalation due to the presence of the silane employed for the silver particles immobilization.

The subject of bachelor´s thesis is creation of project documentation of construction of family house. The family house is a two-storey building with partly basement. The object is founded on foundation strips, load-bearing structures are mainly designed from system Porotherm, completed with reinforced concrete ceilings and timber structure of roof. The object is situated on parcels n. 3800/76 in multicipality of Velké Meziříčí, cadastral area Velké Meziříčí, region Vysočina.

This thesis deals with thermal calculation and design of proportions and layout of calorific components of a heat recovery steam generator according to given output parameters of steam and input parameters of flue gas. Furthermore, the proportions of boiler drums and irrigation and transfer pipes are designed and draught losses are calculated.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with burning solid fuels in boilers used for house heating. In the first chapter, the individual kinds of solid fuels are described in light of their composition, properties, means of their energetical application and ways of adjusting them to a form proper for combustion. In the second chapter, the individual types of solid fuels boilers are described. The last chapter deals with comparision of several specific boilers in light of their purchase price and operating expenses.

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the integration of the European airspace. The traffic over Europe raises year over year and it is necessary to maintain fluent, safe and effective operation. In order to keep the pace with air traffic it is necessary to alter the airspace above Europe, as the structure it is now in is not capable of sustainable growth. European Union is in the process of developing project called Single European Sky the idea of which originates in the integrated airspace over Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Thesis focuses on this very project and particular functional airspace blocks (FAB).

Výzkum a analýza designu světel s integrovaným napájením fotovoltaickými články a lokality vhodné pro jejich využití zvláště v CHKO‚ parcích a jeho řešení s ohledem na světelný smog

Rozvoj v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů energie nutně přináší i otázky jak tyto zdroje optimálně využít v aplikacích. V případě fotovoltaického zdroje jsou to také, od veřejné energetické sítě izolované, zdroje světelné. Pro jejich instalaci existují důvody ekonomické, bezpečnostní, orientační a některé další, známé správcům těchto lokalit. Pro tyto účely je nutné vytvořit světelný zdroj pokud možno bezúdržbový, odolávající vlivům počasí, zvěři i vandalům, s řízenou i neřízenou iluminací, neprodukující světelný smog. Hlavními cíli navrhovaného projektu je výzkum a zmapování lokalit v CHKO a parcích nezávisle na elektrické síti a rovněž výzkum a analýza designu světel s integrovaným napájením fotovoltaickými články s ohledem na samočisticí schopnost, robustnost, materiálovou náročnost a cenu.

Topic of the bachelor's thesis is financial analysis; the subjects of the analysis are two comparable businesses, which compete on the same market. Their strategy is however different, one of the businesses is manufacturing business and the second is solely trade business. The aim of the thesis is therefore to understand the similarities and the differences in both businesses and to decide, based on rentability measures, which one is more efficient from the point of view of the owners.
