The aim of the work was to analyze and evaluate the current state of marketing communication of the selected company and to design a marketing communication plan for the next period. This work deals with the evaluation of content on selected social networks, as well as the evaluation of visits to official websites, Facebook and Instagram.
Innovation and small business

The main aim is to define the role of a small business in a market economy, to analyse innovative activities in the specific activities of small business in connection with their economic characteristics. This diploma thesis contains information about the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises. The medium-sized enterprises have limited resources, but they are flexible and essential for introducing innovations. In this diploma thesis is described what an innovation is, which the innovation phases are and who an innovator is. In a practical part is described the analysed subject - the entrepreneur as the same person as the author of this thesis. The entrepreneur does a wire-craft and looking for options to make innovations in three areas. The three areas are: cutting rings, an expansion of the spring and a wire drawing. The entrepreneur decides an introduction of the innovations using decision matrices. Then he measures time savings in production and appreciates by the minimum wage. The result is a calculation of the innovation return.
The immigration to Great Britain in 1945-1971. The contribution to the history of the "island state" in the 20th century

Britain is the country with a long tradition of immigration. Over many years it witnessed the arrival of immigrants and refugees from the whole world. Nevertheless the unprecedented extent of immigration from the Commonwealth countries of the former British Empire after the Second World War was unexpected. It caused profound and irreversible change in the British society as a whole. This thesis deals with a description and interpretation of a series of key issuees related to immigration from New Commonwealth (especially from Indian subcontinent) in 1945-1971. Main reasons for "coloured immigration" were an increasing demand for low skilled and unskilled labour in United Kingdom and the 1948 British Nationality Act, which gave Commonwealth citizens right to enter, work and settle in the British Isles. I am concerned with issues of immigrants' employment, housing, education as well as with the attitudes and responses of indigenous whites. Even though the British consider themselves to be "tolerant people" immigrants faced up to prejudices, discrimination, racism, verbal abuse and physical attacks in Britain. White hostility toward coloured immigrants manifested itself in the form of the Notting Hill Riots in 1958. Business plan and the possibilities of its expansion

This bachelor thesis contains the information about a business plan, an entrepreneurship,an establishment and an extension of business. The main aim is to describe the activities related to starting a business, create an expanding business plan for a specific enterprise and analyse economy results. The entrepreneur is the same person as the author of this thesis. The entrepreneur does a wire-craft and find the possibilities to extend the business in 2017 by using a business plan. A business plan consists of the describing an entrepreneur, a market analysis, a production plan, a marketing plan and a financial plan. The thesis uses the MBTI test to specify entrepreneur character and Business Model Canvas to make business activity clear. In market analysis the PEST, SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Forces is used. In production plan the direct and indirect cost are monitored, and the indirect cost are allocated to the cost object by a cost driver. This thesis contains The Break Even Point Analysis. The Break Even Point Analysis is helpful to decide, how many products to offer to cover the costs. In financial plan are expressed expected revenues and expenditure. A comparison between planned and realized data gives financial results.
Cross-boarder Cooperation of Towns in Czech-Bavarian Border Area and its Importance for Tourism Development

The aim of this thesis is to identify the bilateral cooperation of Czech and Bavarian cities in selected areas, structures and areas of cooperation and to evaluate its contribution to the development of tourism. It also inculude the suggestion for the collective tourism development in selected partner cities on the aspect of cross-border cooperation.

The diploma paper persues the financial analysis of Komerční banka - bank assets and liabilities analysis, revenues, costs and profit analysis, profitability, liquidity and capital adequacy analysis. It is accomplished comparison of selected indicators of Komerční banka with indicators for the whole bank sector.
Rozvoj úvěrových obchodů stavebních spořitelen v ČR

Práce se věnuje úvěrům na bydlení od stavebních spořitelen. Z počátku je uvedeno, jak vůbec stavební spoření vzniklo a krátce i legislativní úprava stavebního spoření v ČR. Celkem detailně jsou popsány charakteristiky obou typů úvěrů, řádného i překlenovacího, včetně poplatků s nimi spojených. Dále se práce zabývá vývojem poskytnutých úvěrů stavebních spořitelen a jak se v úvěrové oblasti projevil uplynulý rok 2007. Poměrně dost se věnuje i státní podpoře stavebního spoření. A v neposlední řadě se snaží o porovnání úvěrů stavebních spořitelen a hypoték, jak z hlediska jejich charakteristických znaků, tak z hlediska finanční náročnosti.
