Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the technological stage of rough superstructure of apartment building in Tvarožná. This work includes technological specification for masonry constructions and for monolithic ceilings, technical report, equipment of the construction site, mechanical assembly design, supervisory and test plan, health and safety plan and analysis of financial and time aspects of the building process.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the solution of selected technological study for construction of residential building. The main content of this work is the technological realization of the main technological stages with a detailed focus on gross upper structure. For the gross stage of the upper structure are developed technological processes for the implementation of masonry construction and installation of ceiling construction, time and financial plan, mechanization plan and design of site equipment.

The subject of the thesis is solving roofing of counseling center NNO Údolní (Otevřená zahrada v Brně) . It is a flat green roof of administrative building. For that phase is handled by a engineering report, assessment transport routes, bill of quantities and itemized budget, technological prescription, design of site equipment, construction schedule, design of machine assembly , inspection and quality plan and work safety. It also includes a drawing of the site.

Multifunctional building - gross substructure

The object of the bachelor thesis is a coarse substructure of the multifunctional building. This is extension of a three floor to the existing polyfunctional house, witch is located on Masaryk Square in Pelhřimov. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork, foundation of the building, new building waterproofing and additional waterproofing of existing multifunctional building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, construction situation, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.
