Formy bydlení a ubytování studentů vysokých škol

Jako předmět své doktorské práce jsem si na začátku zvolil obecné téma bydlení studentů. V předchozích ročnících studia jsem se zabýval intenzivní analýzou této problematiky, zkoumáním různých forem a možností ubytování zejména vysokoškolských studentů. Moje práce si klade za úkol naznačit možné varianty vývoje jak forem ubytování, tak odhad výhledových kapacit, nezbytných pro rozvoj vzdělávání v České republice a to jak ve veřejném, tak i soukromém sektoru. Kromě logického směřování výzkumu na formy bydlení a ubytování vysokoškolských studentů, se do popředí mého zajmu dostaly ještě dvě další nosná témata disertační práce: vliv této početné skupiny studentů na danou lokalitu, její kladné a záporné přínosy pro okolí. Dále jsem se intenzivně zabýval stavebně-technickými trendy v navrhování ubytovacích zařízení pro studenty, zvláště s ohledem na dynamicky se měnící tepelně-technické požadavky na výstavbu. Tento zájem dále zpracovávám v přílohách disertační práce jako analýzu stávajících zařízení pro studenty, s uvedením několika významných a architektonicky výjimečných staveb převážně z evropské stavební produkce.

New Synagogue in Brno

The presented diploma thesis was elaborated as an architectural study of a new synagogue in Brno according to the assignment. The goal of the thesis was to design the architectural proposal of the synagogue as well as of the new centre for the Jewish community and Jewish museum. The Jewish community in Brno is a closed community. The aim was to create a place for members of the Jewish community which would be separated from the public space. The proposal is divided into two parts, the museum with public space and the buildings of the Jewish community. The Jewish community area consists of the kosher restaurant, offices, library, community hall, mikveh ritual bath, synagogue and garden. The suggested structural organization enabled to separate public space of Jewish museum from the internal private area for the Jewish community while keeping the overall integrity of the venue.

New Synagogue in Brno

The diploma thesis was developed as an architectural study. The subject of the proposal is a new synagogue for Jewish community of Brno, which is designed in the plot where the original The Great Synagogue was located. The object of the synagogue is supplemented by a museum and a community centre and all buildings together create a comprehensive complex of buildings. A new urban public space is created among these objects. By this is the Jewish centre integrated into the structure of the city. The base of architectural and constructional design is simplicity and functionality, but the proposal also respects Jewish traditions and typology.

Skyscraper "EVO"

The study offers a solution of a high-altitude object in Brno in the city part called Veveří. There are proposed two towers which are designed in a simple cubic form ( their heights are 154 a 80 metres ) rising from the surrounding buildings. Towers are mutually interconnected by lower object in the same morphology. In the object are situated administrative spaces, hotel, restaurant, coffee bar, penthouse, congress hall, vertical gallery, painters´ incubator and parking house. Particular functions can be connected because of layout plan, or can be used as separate units. The interpretation of the facade of the object is to highlight verticality, due to the raster and increasing reflecting surface of glass segments verticality and evoke by this a feeling of a tower ending in the middle of clouds.

Leisure time centre Brno - Brno reservoir

The proposed leisure center building Rowing Club bellows is located in southern part of the Brněnské přehrady between section Rakovec and Kozí horka. The building stands on existing club Lodní sporty Brno in the parcel čp. 1236. The idea of building is a ship sailing on the mainland, whose sails it look like waves. Student accommodation is designed to the second, third and fourth floor. Restaurant and administrative facilities connected to the terrace is designed in the basement. In the first underground floors are designed locker rooms, athletic facilities, kitchen and in the second underground floors is designed rowing pools and rowing boatyards connected to the ground. On the eastern side is a wooden rack tribune. Roads and pavements around the building are designed with simplicity and function.

The new proposed building Leisure time centre Brno is to create a dignified place for leisure activities, especially for water sports and more attractive place around the Brno dam. Rowing sport has a long tradition near Brno and also today there are two rowing clubs and this sport is in great demand. The new center will offer more options, greater capacity and more advanced technology. The basic idea of architectural design is to incorporate the object into the environment so as not to interfere with the character of the surrounding landscape and doesn‘t protrude from the surrounding buildings. Leisure time centre consists of two buildings, rowing club and accommodation for students. Both objects are separated by different shapes . The building of Rowing Club consists of four masses whose shape is inspired s of rowing sport, especially shape of oars. There was effort to create an architectural form that will be close to the sport, its curves will be resemble the motion, grace and speed…..they are characteristics of rowing sport. In the building is located restaurant, administrative part, sports part and boathouse. Accommodation for students is in the form of rails, offers accommodation for students who represent their faculty in the rowing sport.

DESIGN OF A BUILDING AND URBAN STRUCTURE IS BASED ON THE MOVEMENT OF THE RIVER AND ON THE VISUAL CONNECTION OF THE TWO RIVER SIDES. TWO WAYS ARE CROSSING AND IN THE MIDDLE CREATING DOMINANT. POINT OF INTEREST. PLACE OF RELAXATION. IDEAL HAPPY DAY.

Urban structure is designed as a new centre of this city quarter with services, leisure time activities and new appartments. Leisure time centre is intended for adult as a educational and sport centre. It consist of two buildings conected by urban pedestrián bridge. The object is dominant of this area and links two quarters. The facade is design from concrete and red horizontal lamella blinds.

financial analys

My bachelor thesis's goal is a making of financial analysis of the Danone a.s. company and an evaluation of its financial situation and market position. The thesis has a three chapters. The chapter number one gives basic information about the company, the second one describes roughly procedures of financial analysis and the last one contains the financial analysis itself. There are adopted the basic methods of financial analysis in this thesis, such as horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements, ratio analysis, bankruptcy methods, EVA indicator and branch comparison.
