Sustainable tourism and its application in the selected destination - Italy

This thesis deals with the concept of sustainable tourism development and application of this approach in Italy. The first chapter is devoted to the theory and explains the sustainability of tourism. The second chapter presents Italy as a tourist destination and its position on the international tourism market. The third part focuses on sustainable tourism and its form in Italy. The final chapter describes the most actual problems of Italian tourism and proposes possible solutions.

Transatlantic relations in the context of the Framework Agreement

This bachelor thesis covers the trade relations between the United States and European Union. It makes readers familiar with the Euro-Atlantic trade and with the volume of trade flows between the U.S. and the EU in various sectors. It describes the trade between the EU and the U.S. according to the multilateral agreements in the WTO as well as to the single bilateral agreements. It outlines the barriers to trade in selected examples of trade disputes and determines the tariff and non-tariff barriers in transatlantic relations. The last Framework Agreement between the U.S. and EU is described more in details and focuses on the progress which was made under the Framework.

Lymphoscintigraphy {--} the posibility of detection of sentinel lymph node

At present, sentinel node identification through the use of lymphoscintigraphy is one of the standard methods of tumor diagnosis and treatment. The most frequent indications for the sentinel node are breast cancer and malignant melanoma. Lymphoscintigraphy is a noninvasive method enabling imaging lymph flow from the injection site through lymphatic vessels via catchment nodes onwards. In fact, the sentinel node detection method is just a specialized part of the general lymphoscintigraphy. The objective of this thesis was to assess sentinel lymph nodes imaging using lymphoscintigraphy and using agamasonde. I made up a group of 77 patients from the Regional Hospital Kolín as a research sample that underwent the sentinel lymph node detection in the nuclear medicine department. In the cases of breast cancer, the sentinel lymph node was imaged in 95% by using lymphoscintigraphy. Without the possibility of using the gamasonde measurement that figure would be 91%. By combining the both methods the reliability of detection is increased.

Special aids for children afflicted with specific disorder of learning -

The dissertation is thematically oriented on a special aid for an infliction of a special failure of teaching {--} the dyslexia. In the second chapter there are specified basic definitions related to the special failures of teaching and their definitions. The biggest attention is devoted to the third chapter, which treats with the special development failures of teaching, which take up one of the most important positions of the education focused on causes, utterances and diagnostics of the special failures of teaching. In the second part of this chapter there are defined more specialized failures of teaching {--} dyslexia, dysgraphy, dysortography. The main topic of the fourth chapter is a reeducation of the special failures of teaching and an individual education program, a strategy of its generation, content and a display of the personal individual plan. In the fifth chapter there is specified a development period {--} the middle school age and the older school age. In the sixth chapter there is defined a subject, for which is defined this aid {--} the Czech language. Within the Czech language there are specified reading, writing, orthography, evaluation and classification of scholars with the special failures of teaching. In a separate chapter there is a practical part worked up. Its component makes up a methodical manual for teachers to working letters for the Czech language for the seventh class of a primary school.

The Open-Door Policy of People´s Republic of China from 1979 to 2001

I would like to analyse the Open-door Policy of People's Republic of China realised from 1979 to 2001. In first decade of this reform process were made many changes that caused the great expansion of Chinese economic. At first I would aim at general economics factors which were related to begining of this process. In the main part of this thesis I would like to focus on special economic zones phenomenom and open coastal cities, perhaps even on another experiments made by Chinese government. Next I would like to analyze Chinese international trade, especially some revisions, which were accepted in this period, structure of international trade and its contribution to Chinese economic. In next chapter I would like to mention another important part of the Open-Door Policy, foreign direct investments and their impact on Chinese economic. The final part of this thesis will aim at overall rating of the Open-Door Policy, its economic and other consequences.
