Proposal of Usage Offshore Structure to Optimize the Tax Burden of Business Entity
Tomášek, Lukáš ; Svoboda, Jakub (referee) ; Kopřiva, Jan (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the use of destinations with moderate rate of corporate tax to reduce the tax burden of the business entity. It contains defined context and fundamental concepts and there is also an analysis of the current state of offshore business and restrictions aimed against its abuse. Thesis contains draft of business structure that ensures reduction of tax burden of the business entity, and which is followed by a definition of the benefits and risks of its application.
Proposal for Change of Marketing Communication of a Selected Company
Svoboda, Jakub ; Schüller, David (referee) ; Mráček, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis deals with marketing communication of the retail company Cyklospaciality s.r.o., operating on a bicycle equipment market. The first part is focusing on theoretical knowledge of a marketing mix, especially communication with customers. The analytical part describes the company, its business situation and applies theoretical knowledge of marketing research to the current state of the company. The results are given as a recommendation for altering the communication mix.

Svoboda, Jakub ; Pech, Jiří (referee) ; Pavláková Dočekalová, Marie (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create business plan for company's development of company UMYEM, s.r.o., which cares about customers’ cars in detailing sphere. In the theoretical part, there are explained all the important terms and the analytical part describes a current situation of company. In the last part, there is complex business plan for company's development.
PLC Control of Robotic Manipulator
Krajcar, Tomáš ; Svoboda, Jakub (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the design control of a 3-axis robotic manipulator. The manipulator is used for transporting the moulded part from a moulding machine to a conveyor belt. A manipulator has 3 asynchronous motors controlled by one frequency changer. A PLC is designed for full control of this operation. A PLC uses a real time operating system, which allows it to work on several tasks at the same time. A PLC has Modbus TCP/IP communication with HMI. A PLC has Modbus TCP/IP communication with HMI. A manipulator communicates with a moulding machine via a EUROMAP 12 interface.
Teaching documents creation for work in the development system STEP 7-Micro/WIN
Svoboda, Jakub ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This document deals with the programmable logic controller Simatic S7-200, which is a part of the equipment in the laboratory of programmable controllers at the Brno University of Technology (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Automation and Computer Science). The purpose was to make self familiar with this controller and development system STEP 7-Micro/WIN at first and create a user guide which could be used as a teaching aid in the next phase. There were also created several sample tasks at different level of difficulty at the same time. Students can use them to prove the theory in practice.
Analysis of potential active damping for vehicles
Svoboda, Jakub ; Houška, Pavel (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the issue of active and semi-active damping and its possible applications in the context of vehicles. The beginning of the document is focused on the actual state, major applications and patents in the field. As each of the individual ways of usage is relatively specific, the next part is aimed particularly at the damping unit of bicycle. Given the choice, real measurements and simulations were made in order to verify the applicability of such a device in practice.
Hydraulic losses during unsteady flow of liquid in a pipe
Svoboda, Jakub ; Pochylý, František (referee) ; Habán, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis is focused on solving hydraulic losses during unsteady flow of liquid in pipe for both laminar and turbulent flow in smooth pipes. Radial viscosity distribution is assumed to be the same as for steady flow. Viscosity distribution is derived from velocity profile, which is mathematically described with suitably chosen function. Laplace images of unsteady velocity profile and mean velocity in cross-section are derived depending on pressure difference. Loss coefficient is derived and on base of transfer matrix method, self-numbers are calculated. Self-numbers represent attenuation and own frequency. Self-numbers are compared to values from software called “F-ACHAR” and loss coefficient is compared to the one for quasi-steady method.
Designofa Reporting Solution for Internal and External Clients of a Marketing Agency
Svoboda, Jakub ; Luhan, Jan (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is a proposal to improve reporting solution for the marketing agency Business Factory. Based on the variant selected by a multi-criteria evaluation, it will be possible to extract, transform, present and analyze the data needed for decision-making faster and more reliably than before. The result will be a more efficient way of decisions making both for the agency's internal team and for its clients.
System management of liquid-propellant rocket engine for rocket model
Machining technology with the necessity of manual work
Svoboda, Jakub ; Kupčák, Radim (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Manual work is still necessary and often irreplaceable. In most cases, it is combined with machine production. As an example of such work we have chosen the production of tin lead alloy organ pipes, which encompasses several machining processes. All aspects of production were analyzed, including specification of the materials used and the various production processes. A pipe was produced according to these specifications for illustration. Individual chapters presented special manual tools and specific machinery. The difficulty and originality of the given production was outlined. This is professional work requiring manual dexterity, logical thought, attention to detail and an artistic spirit. During production we obtained an image showing a part of the cross-section of the pipe perpendicular to its axis. The image shows the correct shape of the soldered joint and the tangential connection of both sides of the sheet. Several aspects of the pipe were evaluated. The final chapters include feedback from customers and a general assessment of this particular work.
