Radio Imaging

This work deals with the issue of Radio Imaging that is the area of the creation and use of sound effects that identify and brand a particular radio station. The thesis offers classification and systematization of all elements of radio station sound design and covers also the application of these elements in radio broadcasting. The later part of this thesis describes the specific area of creating the sound image of a Czech public radio station oriented on young audience. This part allows me to use my personal insight and practical experience of working for the Czech Radio - Radio Wave. I present my own examples and samples of individual elements of radio sound design.
This text also aims to react to a lack of Czech theoretical literature focusing on this area.

Real earnings and efficiency resulting from new approaches to POS

On the Czech market is beginning to appear more and more software solutions of cash registers. A few years ago were Point of Sales (POS) systems rarely seen, especially in an restaurants. Nowadays, there is a proliferation of POS systems across the market. Not only in restaurants but also in convenience stores and stores providing services. Which POS system choose? In this work, I deal with the question: Whether we should purchase POS from a stable developers or give preference to young developers of POS solution. Respectively, what solution can increase efficiency and possibility of profit. The aim is to determine whether long-term development of older POS solutions is still effective and competitive with new solutions. The secondary objective may also be a recommendation of what product might be a good candidate for the position of cash register software in your business.

Cultivation of Vital hop variety

Předložená metodika shrnuje zásady pěstování odrůdy Vital ve dvou progresivních pěstitelských systémech, v systému integrované produkce a v ekologickém zemědělství. Pěstitelský proces je veden snahou o prevenci a potlačení výskytu škodlivých organismů podporou užitečné entomofauny pomo-cí výsevu vhodných plodin v okolí či na okraji chmelnic. Navrhovaná opatření směřují ke zvýšení půdní úrodnosti,schopnosti půdy vytvořit optimální prostředí pro kořenovou soustavu rostlin chmele a během celé jejich vegetační doby jim zajistit dostatečné množství živin, vzduchu a vody pro jejich růst a vývoj, směřující k maximální produkci chmelových hlávek. Při vyhnojování chmelnic se preferují organická hnojiva, jako jsou komposty, statková hnojiva aj. Velká pozornost je věnována možnostem uplatnění zeleného hnojení a trvalého zatravnění, které je aktuální zejména na svažitých pozemcích. Ochrana chmele vychází z monitorování výskytu škodlivých organismů, prognóz signalizace vybraných chorob a škůdců a systémů varování. Ošetření pesticidy se provádí jen v nezbytně nutném rozsahu až po dosažení prahu hospodářské škodlivosti. Doporučované přípravky jsou selektivní s co nejmenším vedlejším účinkem na necílové organismy a životní prostředí. Zásady integrované produkce a ekologického pěstování chmele jsou aplikovatelné v klasických vysokých konstrukcích i systému pěstování chmele v nízkých konstrukcích.

Mapování ontologií a jeho vyhodnocování pomocí vzorů

Ontology Matching is one of the hottest topic within the Semantic Web of recent years. There is still ample of space for improvement in terms of performance. Furthermore, current ontology matchers mostly concentrate on simple entity to entity matching. However, matching of whole structures could bring some additional complex relationships. These structures of ontologies can be captured as ontology patterns. The main theme of this thesis is an examination of pattern-based ontology matching enhanced with ontology transformation and pattern-based ontology alignment evaluation. The former is examined due to its potential benefits regarding complex matching and matching as such. The latter is examined because complex hypotheses could be beneficial feedback as complement to traditional evaluation methods. These two tasks are related to four different topics: ontology patterns, ontology transformation, ontology alignment evaluation and ontology matching. With regard to those four topics, this work covers the following aspects: * Examination of different aspects of ontology patterns. Particularly, description of relevant ontology patterns for ontology transformation and for ontology matching (such as naming, matching and transformation patterns). * Description of a pattern-based method for ontology transformation. * Introduction of new methods for an alignment evaluation; including using patterns as a complex structures for more detailed analysis. * Experiments and demonstrations of new concepts introduced in this thesis. The thesis first introduces naming pattern and matching pattern classification on which ontology transformation framework is based. Naming patterns are useful for detection of ontology patterns and for generation of new names for entities. Matching patterns are basis for transformation patterns in terms of sharing some building blocks. In comparison with matching patterns, transformation patterns have transformation links that represent way how parts of ontology patterns are transformed. Besides several evaluations and implementations, the thesis provides a demonstration of getting complex matching due to ontology transformation process. Ontology transformation framework has been implemented in Java environment where all generic patterns are represented as corresponding Java objects. Three main implemented services are made generally available as RESTful services: ontology pattern detection, transformation instruction generation and ontology transformation.

Popis komunikačního procesu a jeho náležitostí, stručný popis vývoje IT/ICT a souvisejících změn v systému práce a manažerských pojetí. Seznam a popis nejvýznamnějších současných technologií a jejich přínosů, včetně vývojových trendů této oblasti. Vzájemná konfrontace IT/ICT a komunikace s upozorněním na nejvýraznější změny v procesu komunikace a s nimi souvisejícího lidského jednání a prožívání. Výsledky analýzy způsobů komunikace realizované v nejmenované bance. Zdůvodnění a vysvětlení některých zjištěných jevů a formulace případných návrhů na jejich zlepšení.
