The conception of sport training for young judoists

Title: The Conception of Sports Training for Young Judoists Objectives: The main aim of this work is to describe and assess a suitable conception of training for young judoists. The paper also points out the effective methods of training and the aspects that need to be prioritized and avoided by the judo instructor. The focus is also on the control of training and the levels of general movement skills of the selected group. Methods: The author used various methods of data collection and the analysis of technical bibliografy which was focused on general sports preparations, study of available materials for judo training and own practice of the author. The materials and the bibliography were analyzed and structured according to applicability to the specific subjects. Results: The results of this paper emphasize the importance of development of various aspects while training young pupils. The results also stress the necessity of frequent training controls. Title: Attitudes of physical education teachers in martial arts Goals: To find out the perspective of teachers in the martial arts, what is their relation to this problematic and if they would agree to include these activities in physical education program. Methods: This is an empirical research, which will be used method of questioning by questionnaire. Results: Results indicate what sports teachers think about combat sports and show if teachers attitude to these activities is rather positive or negative and why. Conception of a new Kickboxing examination code for testing technical skills up to 1st Dan

Work title: Conception of a new Kickboxing examination code for testing technical skills up to 1st Dan. The goal of this work: The primary goal of my master's paper is to break the current and past Czech kickboxing examination system down to the individual levels of technical skills and examine each of them. Further, it is my aim to propose and develop a detailed conception of new examination code from 7th Kyu to 1st Dan. Methods: I carried out a content analysis of the current and past examination code for testing technical skills in the Czech Republic and compared those with examination codes from abroad. I consulted the proposed new conception of the examination code with professional specialists. Based on their advice and based on information sourced from various publications I developed the detailed new conception. Results: A new examination code with well arranged overview of the required technical skills of a kickboxer for each level of the downwardly system of kickboxer's technical proficiency is the output of my work. Supervision of the training process in preparation for the Taekwon-Do ITF representation

Title: Supervision of the training process in preparation for the Taekwon-Do ITF representation Abstract: The aim of this diploma paper is to analyse and evaluate the Taekwon-Do representative's motoric tests. The paper consists of two parts. The first part contains the history of Taekwon-Do, the contest's disciplines, history of Czech national team and the team's success. Then, there are prepared guidelines for the development of fitness, developmental patterns of juniors and seniors. There is also a theoretical part, where the methodology of development capabilities, testing's significance and methods of work are elaborated. The second part contains the research results of motor tests of individual representatives. The results are evaluated and graphically displayed and compared with standards UNIFITTEST (6-60). All of the motor testing took place in early 2010 in two stages at the beginning of national team training camp. The first stage of the testing was held in January in preparation period and the second stage in February in the pre-race period. By comparing the results of these tests it has been demonstrated that the senior team has the highest level of fitness. Title: Selection and analysis of factors defining formation of the Professional Self- defence Conception within the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to understand, define and then analyze factors which are considered to be the most influencing and defining while preparing and forming the Professional Self-defence Conception for the Czech (uniformed) prison staff. It also analyzes educational needs of the (uniformed) prison staff of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (PS CR) in the field of professional self-defence. It points out and offers particular solutions or options referring to changes in the content and methodology in the teaching of self- defence within the PS CR either. Methods: In the thesis there are used methods of the qualitative research. The selection of the factors (aspects) used for formation of the new Self- defence Conception was made on the basis of empirical cognitive methods; observation, then explanation and experience. Coordination abilities of women kickboxers during the menstrual cycle

Work title: Coordination abilities of women kickboxers during the menstrual cycle Purpose: The purpose of this thesis work was to find out whether the level of coordination abilites of women kickboxers was changed throughout the menstrual cycle. Methods: The data was measured using selected motor tests from the publication Měření a testy v antropomotorice III (Měkota, 1979). The results were statistically analysed by Friedman test and Wilcoxon test. Results: We found marked changes in level of balance abilities during the menstrual cycle in the tested group. Planing adn perfomance testing in the Thaibox

Master's thesis on the topic of planning and performance testing in the Thai boxing is focused on technical and mainly physical parameters in the practice of this discipline, when passed from the martial arts sport to popular performance sport and quality of sports training is often more important than mere technical readiness. The aim of the thesis is to compose detailed guidance for the perfect physical, tactical and psychological preparation of athletes performing this full-contact sport. In the introduction it focuses on the history of origin of martial arts, especially the Thai boxing. Furthermore, introduces the beginnings of the using of martial arts as sports tilt and beginnings of this sport in the Czech republic. The main part of the thesis describes the impact of training methods and different types of physical aparratus load during the four mesocycles within one annual training period and the question of training management. For the purpose of the training plan has been realized year observation of MUAY THAI sports club in MLADA BOLESLAV. Surveillance was focused on physical, tactical and psychological preparation of the members of the club.
