This bachelor thesis describes current condition of marketing plan of company Shine&Shine and a vision of new, more effective plan to extend its product range and expand abroad. The first part focus on theoretical point of view of marketing and Marketing Investigation. In the second part is projected analysis of current condition of the company, particularly its market supply. The third part includes the marketing plan and planning of short-term and long-term goals to maximalize sales of each products.
Zinc-Dependent Hydrolases: Structure-Function Study of Glutamate Carboxypeptidase II and Histone Deacetylase 6

Zinc-binding proteins represent approximately one tenth of the proteome and a good portion of them are zinc-dependent hydrolases. This thesis focuses on biochemical and structural characterization of glutamate carboxypeptidase II (GCPII) and histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6), two members of the zinc-dependent metallohydrolase superfamily. We describe here their interactions with natural substrates and inhibitors. GCPII is a homodimeric membrane protease catalyzing hydrolytic cleavage of glutamate from the neurotransmitter N-acetylaspartylglutamate (NAAG) and dietary folates in the central and peripheral nervous systems and small intestine, respectively. This enzyme is associated with several neurological disorders and also presents an ideal target for imaging and treatment of prostate cancer. GCPII inhibitors typically consist of a zinc-binding group (ZBG) linked to an S1' docking moiety (a glutamate moiety or its isostere). As such, these compounds are highly hydrophilic molecules therefore unable to cross the blood-brain barrier and this hampers targeting GCPII to the central nervous system. Different approaches are adopted to alter the S1' docking moiety of the existing inhibitors. The main subject of this thesis is creating complex markething plan for winery Ing. Karel Valka. The thesis is focusing on creating unified comunication style of the brand. The main business subject of winery Ing. Karel Valka is producing grapes of grapewine, processing them and sell products made from it. Second chapter of my thesis is focused on theory about building unified comunication style and building general marketing plan. Third chapter is focused on analysis of current status of the company and subsequent creating of „Brand manual“ for winery Ing. Karel Valka and guide for application of the manual into practice, based on the current situation in company.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the motivational system of the office employees of one particular textile company. It especially focuses on rewarding the employees. Another part of the thesis are the poll results of this group of employees which shows us potential problems with their motivation as a whole. The result of this analysis is an output in a form of suggestions which are going to contribute in increasing the motivation of the employees and with it their work performance as well.

This thesis is divided into three main chapters. In the first of these chapters are processed theoretical background of marketing and individual components of the marketing mix. The next chapter containts general informations about Hamé s.r.o., which is a leading Czech food company and also containts processing of necessary analyzes. Based these analyzes, in the last of these chapters are designed recommendation for improvement problematic areas of marketing mix.
