Stressogenic factors in the psychiatric nursing care
MALÁ, Michaela
Aim of this thesis, entitled "Stress factors in psychiatric nursing care", was to identify and analyze stress factors appearing in the work of nurses in psychiatric department. After this, describe their impact on the quality of nursing care from the personal perspective of nurses. Next point was find out how many information have nurses about consequences of long-term effects of stress and find out, which personal resources they are using to manage the stress. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. This bachelor thesis find out, if are nurses on psychiatric department stressed and which stressfull situations are the most frequent. We find, if these situations affect the quality of their work and determine, how they fight with them or how they prevent the impacts on the their mental and physical condition. In the theoretical part, we focused to the description of psychiatry and their history. Then, of course, we described the history of education and specifics of nursing care in psychiatric department. Important was the focus on stress in general. We described experiences, which are connected stress, types of stress, symptoms and consequences. Finally, we focused on the possibility of managing stressful situations. In the research part to achieve the aims, we have used the following research questions: Which stress factors exist in the work of nurses in psychiatric department? Which stress factors nurses consider in their work the most frequent? Know the nurses, working in psychiatric department, about consequences of long-term effects of stress factors? Which personal resources, to manage the stress resulting from the work, nurses using in their life? In this bachelor thesis was used method of qualitative research and technique of semistructured interview. The research sample consist of the ten nurses, who work in a psychiatric department in České Budějovice. Method of interview analyssis was used open coding. The research provides a opportunity to insight on stress influence the nurses on psychiatric department. The main finding is that nurses are probably not sufficiently educated in the care of mental health, even though it shows a high level of stress in their everyday working life. The main result of this work is the fact that nurses are exposed stress factors arising from the performance of their work with potential impact on their approach and client care. Our results allow to form an picture of the the questions of relations between stress and nurse, working in of psychiatric department.
Solubilization properties of polyelctrolyte - surfactant complexes
Malá, Michaela ; Pekař, Miloslav (referee) ; Venerová, Tereza (advisor)
In this diploma thesis has been studied system of hydrogels based on interaction between polyelectrolyte and surfactants, especially their solubilizing properties. As a surfactant was used ionic cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). As a polyelectrolyte was chosen native anionic hyaluronan with various molecular weight - 0,3; 0,9; 1,6 MDa and with different concentration - 2%, 4%, 6% wt. Solubilization experiments were realized with hydrophobic dye sudan red G. The whole system was prepared in the simpliest model system of physiological solution 0,15 M NaCl and in water. At the prepared gels was investigated their stability, influence of the environment, molecular weight and concentration on solubilization. Gels were prepared in rate hyaluronan-surfactant 1:1. The purpose of this diploma thesis was to find and optimize the appropriate procedure for determining solubilization capacity by using UV-VIS spectrophotometry.
Deposition of plasma polymer films
Malá, Michaela ; Brablec, Antonín (referee) ; Čech, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the characterization and preparation of thin polymer layers deposited by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition on silicon wafer. The main part of the work is a literature review about the plasma polymerization and methods of characterization of thin polymer layers. In the experimental section were prepared thin layers of polymer from the monomer vapor of tetravinylsilane. Prepared thin films were characterized by microscopic and spectroscopic techniques. The physical and chemical properties of deposited films were studied with respect to the deposition conditions in low-temperature plasma.
The Entrance of Spain to the Eurozone
Malá, Michaela ; Jiránková, Martina (advisor) ; Fialová, Barbora (referee)
This bachelor's thesis is devoted to adoption of the euro in Spain and analyses impacts of the euro adoption. The thesis is divided into three chapters that are then divided into subheads with partial goals. There are mentioned some general information about Spain in the first part of the work and after that, the recent economic situation is analysed. In the second chapter the Maastricht criteria are described that are followed by the analysis of the fulfilment of convergence criteria by Spain. The second part of this chapter contains processing of data based on the questionnaire that was completed in spring 2015. The last chapter deals with the impacts of the European economic crisis and explains the connections between the euro adoption and subsequent economic crisis. There are also depicted possible solutions to the crisis not only in Spain, but also in the whole euro area.

Music Department - Grammar school of Jan Neruda
Malá, Michaela ; Klánský, Ivan (advisor) ; Vlasáková, Alena (referee)
This work deals with a study programme at the Grammar school of Jan Neruda - classes with a music direction, which has started almost fourteen years ago. This work makes readers acquainted with this form of education and the fields of study at this school. It also addresses the difficulties beeing put on students and the posibillities beeing given to young people who want to be educated in music art. You can read about the history and what brought about this programme as well as understand how succesfull students are when they try to do an exam to universities focused on music. The paper talks deeply about daily life at Grammar School of Jan Neruda. It also deals with the question; what type of student is this shool the best for?
