This diploma work deals with an opinion on recent state of administration in VEEM TRADING s.r.o. and choice of a new information system with an idea how to automatize administration. The choice was realized on specific fixed company criteria according to a mathematic model based on fuzzy logic. There is also an evaluation of information system by HOS 8 method in the diploma work.

Configuration of the powertrain of a flat-engine with ordered basic parameters is the theme of this final thesis which name is Powertrain design of ten-cylinder aircraft engine. This thesis is occupied with configuration design of the crank mechanism and firing order, balancing of centrifugal and reciprocating forces thein moments, conceptual design crankshaft and its stress calculation of torsional vibrations.

The aim of the thesis is to create a marketing plan for a building company in 2012. The theoretical part is devoted to the description the building market, strategy and marketing strategy, situational analysis and its tools. There are basic concepts explained, each division and structure. In the practical part describes the company and its activities. The marketing situation analysis, describes the current situation in which the business is located and the influences that act on it. Each analysis is the basis for creating a marketing plan for the company Klima-Brno in 2012. The marketing plan defined objectives. The chosen strategy is elaborated in action programs, by which should be complied with that goal. The conclusion is given control system and the possible risks that may impede the achievement of the marketing plan.

The theoretical part describes the theory of positive thinking and methods, which are verified and created by leading world psychologists. The practical section explains the design and implementation of the mobile application that applies one of the ways of positive psychology. The mobile application serves to maintain good mood, positive mind and support a happy life.
