Gears created by 3D printing for consumer use
Chládek, Vilém ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with gears and subsequently with 3D print. 3D print is nowadays a rapidly evolving technology which can solve complex assemblies. This text contains gears analysis and their parameters. The next section describes 3D printing technologies and the materials used. The main point of the solution is elaboration of the 3D model of a hand-powered drill and its subsequent 3D print. With this is discussed, the issue of fitting, model assembly and post-processing. A successfully printed and functional drill can be then used for educational purposes or as a suitable pattern for the kit.
Solution technology of production part with CNC machine.
Szlaur, Vít ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This essay is totalled by summary of theoretical and computational knowledge for processing the design of shaft production. Essay provides entire design of production both for serial and unit production, including economic evaluation of both options and the total comparison of serial and supplementary production.
Machining a Rotating Part of the CNC Machine
Boda, Michal ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is a proposal how to manufacture matice pojistky. The work deals with the analysis of components, design technology, including the choice of machines and tools. The evidence is provided by manufacturing process, manual, NC program and techno-economic evaluation.
The manufacturing process of the ball joint
Petříček, Vít ; Majerík, Jozef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the general introduction of the component "ball joint", its construction requirements and production. Two technological processes for the production of a particular spherical pin were selected and presented, namely the production of a cold-forming and a machining. Both methods are compared with each other and their suitability for serial production is assessed. In the final part there is generally shown the technological process of production of the ball pins of the car control.
A small and medium companies approach to the use of laser machines
Faltus, Tomáš ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on laser technology. It presents the principle and types of lasers and the use of lasers in the industry. The process of cutting, welding, marking, drilling, and other operations that can be performed on the laser, are also discussed. The following part of the thesis defines a small and medium-sized company, and for each of them is given one situation from practice. For the small and medium-sized companies, their machinery and product range is listed. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, two examples of the production process are included and then further compared with each other. In the first case, it is a more complex part produced only by laser, and in the second instance, it is a simpler part produced by more machines.
Technological conditions application superhard material
Jelínek, Adam ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Prokop, Jaroslav (advisor)
Diploma thesis is intended on the aplication of superhard cutting material which contain polycrystalline diamond and cubic nitro nitride boron. There are solved area of using superhard cutting materials, optimal cutting conditions, technilgic – economic view and reached parameters during cutting (roughness, geometric tolerance). The aim of this is to define what are an achieved parameters
Use of unconventional technologies in the production of a selected component
Havlínová, Denisa ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Dvořáková, Jana (advisor)
The biggest challenge during manufacturing copper part with microslit for optical spectrometer by the means of unconventional technologies was to meet specified narrow range of tolerances and reach right angles at the microslit corners. Electrical discharge machining and laser beam machining were two practically performed methos and both successfully met these tolerances. After consultation is focused ion beam also considered as suitable method for this task, while for photochemical machining is impossible to meet those narrow tolerances. Right angles were not achieved by any of tested methods. At laser cutting edges were proven defects (burrs, molten material), while we saw no negative defects on electrical discharge workpiece surface. Even after optimalization of EDM was machining time longer and there is assumed higher other production cost (tool manufacturing for every single workpiece), but still EDM seems to be more advantageous from financial and surface quality aspect. Based on theoretical research and practical manufacturing is recommend to manufacture specified component with microslit by EDM.
Organizational Structure of the Company Producing Agricultural Machinery
Barák, Michal ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The thesis contains a theoretical analysis of the organizational structure of the company producing agricultular machinery. There is a description of the various company departments through the presentation of the product range to its main production processes. The practical part of the waste management solutions based on long-term statistics. Logistics and economic visions are presented in the final chapters.
Technological project of component manufacturing
Beháň, Jakub ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The primary objective of this bachelor thesis is to replace the standard method of manufacturing for universal machines with a higher version according to the technical opportunities that are possible nowadays, ie. CNC machines. The introductory part of the thesis describes the characteristics of the selected part. The following section describes the proposal for universal machines. The proposal consists of the elaboration of the technological procedure and description of used universal machines and tools. The next part moves the current technological process to a higher level, using CNC technology. After the technological process is made, the production of sample is described in the penultimate chapter. The last chapter is based on evaluation of technical-economic aspects including ecology. In the final part, the bachelor thesis is extended with a chapter of discussion, whose task is to introduce an alternative production using turn technology.
Effective measures in the production of the component in condition a firm
Hradil, Roman ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The subject of this Bachelor thesis is a proposal of conditions, which increase efficiency of manufacturing of the hydraulic distributor. Project was carried out in cooperation with private company S&K TOOLS spol. s r. o., which is based in Brno and focused on manufacturing of engineering parts. First part of thesis is dedicated to the company philosophy, analysis of the part and existing technology of production. Second part of thesis includes concrete proposals of upgrade, including technical and economical evaluation of these modifications.
