Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ozubenými soukolími a následně 3D tiskem. 3D tisk je v nynější době rychle se vyvíjející technologie a je díky ní možno řešit i složitější sestavy. Nachází se zde rozbor druhů ozubených soukolí a jejich parametrů. V další části jsou popisovány technologie 3D tisku a používané materiály. Hlavním bodem řešení je vypracování 3D modelu vrtačky na ruční pohon a jeho následný 3D tisk. S tím je rozebrána problematika lícování, sestavení modelů a post-processing. Úspěšně vytisknutá a funkčně podložená vrtačka může být využita pro edukativní účely, nebo být vhodným podkladem pro stavebnici. This bachelor thesis deals with gears and subsequently with 3D print. 3D print is nowadays a rapidly evolving technology which can solve complex assemblies. This text contains gears analysis and their parameters. The next section describes 3D printing technologies and the materials used. The main point of the solution is elaboration of the 3D model of a hand-powered drill and its subsequent 3D print. With this is discussed, the issue of fitting, model assembly and post-processing. A successfully printed and functional drill can be then used for educational purposes or as a suitable pattern for the kit.
