The bachelor thesis is about Personal assistance as one of the ways toward fulfilling human rights of a person with special needs. The aim of the thesis is demonstration personal assistance as a suitable tool for fulfilling needs and rights of a person with special needs. The hypothesis of the work is that personal assistance allows people with special needs living ordinary life in the society. The theoretical part contains orientation in this topic. The practical part contains qualitative questionnaire to endorse the aim of the thesis. The questionnaire contains 12 questions and was filled in by clients of non-government organization Asistance. The Ecclesiological Opinions of Roger Haight S.J.

Americký jezuita Roger Haight dokončil v roce 2008 třetí svazek svého díla o eklesiologii pod názvem Christian Community in History. V prvních dvou svazcích věnovaných historické a komparativní eklesiologii se Haight snaží najít souvislosti a změny v dějinách společnosti a v dějinách církve. Jeho cílem je zachytit církev v její dějinném kontextu, aby mohl postihnout vliv doby na její specifické uspořádání a podobu. Výsledkem tak je empirický soubor principů napomáhajících k úvahám o církvi v kterékoliv době. Záverečný svazek Haightova díla pak vychází z těchto principů, a s jejich pomocí se snaží popsat transdenominační církev. Ta jde napříč všemi církvemi, je jejich nejhlubším jádrem a vytváří kontinuitu s apoštolskou církví prvního století. Na základě společného jádra pak Haight argumentuje pro částečné společenství církví. Vyzývá církve, aby na základě toho co mají společného mezi sebou potvrdili částečné společenství, protože to co je pojí je mnohem důležitější než to co je rozděluje. Haightův závěrečný díl Christian Community in History je konstruktivní eklesiologií. Spolu s jeho předchozímu publikacemi Jesus Symbol of God a Dynamics of Theology pak představují pokus zůstat věrný apoštolské víře v dialogu s dnešním světem. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The Influence of John XXIII. on Maintaining the World Peace

This work deals with the influence of pope Jonh XXIII. on the thinking of the Catholic Church in the 20th century and with the situation in the world during cold war. It focuses on the main topic of this pope, which is peace. Peace is seen from some different points of view. One of them is the effort to ward off a war threat, which is a topic John XXIII. mentions especially in his encyclic Pacem in terris. The other points of view are factors which can influence peace. These are social justice and ecumenical and interreligious dialogue, which are other important themes of John XXIII. The work tries to point out that these new popes thoughts influenced, thanks to the Second Vatican Council, the whole Catholic Church and thus contributed to peace and social justice in the world. Satisfying of Spiritual Needs of Mentally Handicapped Persons

Man ́s behaviour is made from his needs. We all know very well saying that beeing a man means unity of body and spirit. If we speak about such unity, we must admit we are not made only from biologic items, but we have the psychic and spiritual proportion in the same time. My work discuses this splitting more exhaustively. Every man needs not only to live biologically, but also psychologically and spiritually. I devote my work especially to spiritual needs of people. I focused my attention even on mentally handicapped persons. I did not want only to trash spiritual needs of these people out, but my theses are devoted especially to satisfying such wants. In the practical part of my work I speak about a concrete organization in which I was working. I have to submit that spiritual needs of mentally handicapped people are smallDscale, limited, narrow. Social Aspects of the Mountain Teaching

The topic of this work is the Mountain teaching and its effects to contemporary social work. I analyze its particular thesis and their practical use. First chapter is about Blessings. I interpret their seemingly ambiguous meaning and I try to find, what they are about to say to us today. Next chapter is about some of following statements joined to interpersonal relationships. These thesis concure to previous blessings and execute previous chapter's thoughts. There is an evident theoretically-practical relationship between two of these chapters. The last chapter is about possibilities to execute these thoughts within contemporary conditions. But also I consider with question of church's place in the social area, because this question is interesting and not unique. Sudeten Germans after the expulsion from Czech Republic against the background of biblical Israel attitudes towards minorities

Bakalářská práce s názvem Sudetští Němci po odsunu v Čechách na pozadí postoje biblického Izraele k menšinám, se zaměřuje na sudetské Němce, kteří nebyli odsunuti. Práce zpracovává historické události od roku 1918 do roku 1945, které se týkaly postavení Němců na českém území. Dále se pak věnuje myšlence odsunu, který probíhal v letech 1945 a 1946. Vysvětluje pojmy "divoký" a organizovaný odsun a seznamuje se skupinami obyvatel, které nebyly zařazeny do odsunu. Práce obsahuje také portréty a rozhovory se sudetskými Němci, kteří nemuseli odejít. Otázky k rozhovorům jsou postaveny na biblických přikázáních z kapitoly 19 knihy Leviticus. The Prevention of Youth Criminality

This work deals with activities of three projects connected with the prevention of criminality generally and problems of criminality of young people. In the first chapter terms and prevention of criminality are described. The second chapter describes briefly criminality evolution of young people. There are typical characteristics of adolescent's criminality. The third chapter is about the civic association Prak as the example of primary prevention, program Pět P as the example of secondary prevention and tertiary prevention is shown on project Lata. There is the information about their rise, mission and goals and activities. The programs of Prak are for pupils who attend the second grade of basic or special schools and it should reinforce ethical and moral feelings and perception of young people. The main topic is the question of guilt - crime - punishment, the impact prison on human personality, personal moral standards and their creation. The program Pět P is for children between age 8 and 15 years old. They start to meet some volunteer and spend some free time together. It is good for child to have older friend, who can help him/her in difficult life situations. The project Lata is for 15 - 21 years old adults, who are in difficult situations. Church and Citizenly Activities of the "Český Západ" in Gypsi's community "Dobrá Voda"

This work describes aspects of daily life of Gypsi`s community in Dobra Voda, that is socially separated from its neighborhood. The author focuses on history and social environment of this local community. He also points out his own experience with living in Dobra Voda and working with Gypsi`s children, mainly boys. In conclusion he makes several suggestions, how street-workers could cooperate with Catholic Church to help children of this community to socialize within Czech majority. The author believes, the church is able to contribute positively and with cooperation with local Roma social worker could help these people to quit their social insulation.
