PhDr. Jan Drahoňovský EXECUTION OF IMPRISONMENT FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF CONVICTED MEN 2023 Abstract The subject of this thesis is serving of prison sentences by male prisoners in standard prisons in Czech Republic. The aim is to develop a theoretical model of the social stock of knowledge of convicts, which serves them to organize their daily experience and to navigate their sentence. To do this, qualitative field research was conducted in a typical high security prison. Data was collected in the form of twelve unstructured interviews that were subsequently analyzed by reflexive thematic analysis methodology (Braun & Clarke, 2022). Based on the results of the analysis, a theoretical model was constructed. It consists of six interrelated themes that form a body of social knowledge of convicts. The results were discussed in relation to existing knowledge, the methodology used, validity and potential applications to penitentiary practice. Gazdová, Marie ; Novák, Petr (advisor) ; Drahoňovský, Jan (referee)
The bachelor's thesis will be focused on the drawing of the "enchanted family". In the theoretical part, I deal with concepts related to the family. I also deal with surrogate family care, its forms, the perception of family care, etc. The theoretical text also contains an approach to the topic of children's drawing, especially its developmental stages, family drawings and drawings of the "enchanted family." The practical part is focused on drawing an "enchanted family" with children from foster families and talking to them. With the drawing of the enchanted family, it is essential that the child can express his view of the individual members of the family by bewitching them into an animal. Drawing in my research part is used to get to know the child's personality, especially his relationships between family members and his overall experience while drawing. I also decided on child development and substitute family care. Keywords Family, Foster Care, Child, Child Drawing, Family Drawing, Enchanted Family Drawing

Jechová, Štěpánka ; Ondrušová, Jiřina (advisor) ; Drahoňovský, Jan (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of supporting parental competences for underage mothers. It introduces the period of adolescence in girls, the issues of early pregnancy and early motherhood, and together with the practical part, it deals with the importance of parental competences and their strengthening in the context of social work. The aim of the final thesis is to describe the difficult situation of girls who became mothers at a minor age, and further to find out and describe whether, to what extent and in what way the parental competences of minor mothers were or are being supported in the home environment. To achieve the results, a qualitative research strategy was chosen using a semi- structured interview that was conducted with five minor mothers. The conducted investigation points out that the interviewed girls who decided to raise their child at home were not offered or provided any support for parental competences by experts. Due to the seriousness and complexity of the situation of early motherhood, the results of the survey should lead to some reflection on the involvement of helping professions and to further research and finding out how to make the difficult life situation easier for underage mothers.
