The final section is concerned with a concrete plan for the successful completion of the project.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of computerization of HR forms in order to streamline the processes of data management and processing in the field of human resources. The thesis is structured into three main parts, which are the theoretical part, the analysis of the company and the suggestions for improving the solutions of the project. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background of concepts such as project, project management, describes the project life cycle and the different methods used in the pre-project phase or the methods and techniques used in the project phase of the project. The following part of the project focuses on the description of the company in which the issue is addressed and the analysis using properly identified methods and analyses, such as SLEPT and 7S. The conclusion of the thesis is oriented towards the actual suggestions for improvement based on the previous analysis results.

Bicycle Path Construction Project Proposal

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a design project for the construction of a bicycle path leading through the municipalities of Střelice, Troubsko and Ostopovice. The contracting authority and at the same time the project supporter are the affected municipalities. The diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledge, which is compared with reality, an analysis of user needs, a proposal for analyzes needed to create project management documentation, and an economic evaluation.

The thesis deals with the selection of a suitable supplier for the supply of machining accessories for a selected company using multi-criteria evaluation methods. In the first part the basic principles of multicriteria decision making, the process and all the methods that are subsequently used in the course of this thesis are explained theoretically. The second part of this thesis focuses on the introduction of the selected company and the analysis of the suppliers. In order to evaluate them, multicriteria decision making methods were used to support the selection process.

Tato diplomová práce aplikuje vybrané metody multikriteriálního rozhodování k výběru optimální země pro expanzi slovenské společnosti situované na trhu hygienických a papírenských výrobků. Prostřednictvím zaměřené komparativní analýzy se hodnotí vybrané země na základě kritických kritérií, jako jsou velikost trhu, regulační prostředí, logistické schopnosti a náklady na práci. Výsledky poskytují strategická doporučení, která mají společnosti pomoci učinit informované a na datech založené rozhodnutí o mezinárodní expanzi.

Project Proposal of Digital Transformation

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of the implementation of digital transformation of a company that focuses on road cargo transportation. The digitalization is mainly focused on the area of vehicle and employee tracking. The aim of this project is to increase efficiency and reduce costs for fuel, repairs and other influential factors. The tracking will be achieved by introducing IoT (Internet of Things) systems such as GPS locators, sensors and cameras, which will send data to a designed web and Android application for further interaction. The theoretical part of the thesis will also describe different project management methods. I will then use the selected methods directly in the design of the digital transformation project.

My bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of project management tools and methods to complete a completely new project. The first part of the bachelor's thesis describes the methods and tools used. This information is further used to analyze the current state of the company and to make proposals. The tools and methods that were chosen are further practically used in the creation of the three phases of the project's life cycle. We will include an analysis of the current state in the pre-project phase, where I will also present the marketing part of the project. The design part is included in the initiation and planning phase of the project. The final output of the bachelor's thesis is a detailed proposal, according to which it is possible to start the project within the set deadline.
