Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat návrh projektu elektronizace oddělení internacionalizace ve vybrané firmy XYZ. V první části jsou zpracovány teoretická východiska a popsány vybrané metody a techniky projektového řízení. Ve druhé části je vypracována analýza vybrané společnosti, na kterou navazuje třetí část. Třetí část bakalářské je zahrnuje vlastní návrh řešení, které využívá vybrané techniky a metody projektového řízení. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a project proposal for the electronicization of the internationalization department in the selected company XYZ. In the first part, the theoretical starting points are elaborated and selected methods and techniques of project management are described. In the second part, an analysis of the selected company is developed, which is followed by the third part. The third part of the bachelor's degree includes your own solution design, which uses selected techniques and methods of project management.
