Diplomová práce hodnotí současnou úroveň projektového řízení ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje všem klíčovým oblastem projektového řízení. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současné úrovně projektového řízení v této společnosti. Poslední část práce vychází z provedené analýzy a teoretických poznatků a obsahuje vlastní návrhy řešení ke zlepšení úrovně projektového řízení v této společnosti. The diploma thesis evaluates current level of project management in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with all key areas of project management. The practical part focuses on analyzing the current level of project management in this company. The last part of thesis is based on the analysis and theoretical findings and contains the author's proposed solutions to improve the level of project management in this company.
