The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design construction of conveyor, which will transport preprocessing (cutting) scrap metal. The conveyor will reach to capacity 18 tonnes per hour and material will be transported to height 2,2 metres. This height is sufficient for transporting scrap into waste container.The work is especially focused on design of particular components, calculations of main dimensions, functional calculations and strenght calculations. Attainment of this work is posibility construction of conveyor, by task.

In this bachelor thesis there is designed the construction of the inclined belt conveyor for transport of the building crushed material. The thesis also includes the description of individual parts of the belt conveyor. The functional calculation of main proportions is performed according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048. There is designed the conveyor‘s traction and finally there are preformed the solution of the tension system and possible solution of the hopper.

The aim of this bachelor thesiswith theme the belt conveyer is to propose a functional conception of an inclined belt conveyer for transport of building crushed material up to the axial distance of 48 meters and with superelevation of 6 meters. The required out put is 170 tonnes pro hour. This work contains functional calculation according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048 and determination of main proportions of the belt conveyer, proposal of conveyer traction, strenght calculation of driven shift.

Tato práce je kritickým rozborem uspořádání různých dopravních, trasnportních a manipulačních systémů a zařízení využívaných při výrobě a manipulaci se svitky plechů ze železných i neželezných kovů. Vprvní části práce je pojednáno o obecných podmínkách výroby a manipulace těchto svitků. Jsou zde především uvedeny současné nároky, které musí jednotlivá zařízení i celý systém splňovat jako celek. V následující části práce je uveden přehled jednotlivých manipulačních zařízení včetně jejich charakteristických vlastností, na základě kterých je poté provedeno jejich vzájemné porovnání. Závěr práce je tvořen celkovým zhodnocením všech uvedených manipulačních zařízení. Je též učiněn odhad budoucího vývoje daného průmyslového odvětví.
