The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the hazardous behavior on secondary technical schools. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The goal of the theoretical part is to describe, get to know and interpret the hazardous behavior incidence rate on secondary technical schools together with the factors, which could influence the starting process of the hazardous behavior. There are forms of such a behavior described, which are most often seen by the students. The thesis also deals with prevention and counseling services. In the practical part of thesis there is a methodology of research described together with results of quantitative research with description and summary of research issue with other specific research goals continuing with discussion

Sorbitol In this diploma thesis, the granulometric, bulk and consolidation properties of sorbitol for direct compression are studied. The effect of particle size on bulk and tapped density, angle sprinkles and the flow rate through the model conical hopper with a different orifice diameter are examined. The relationship of the flow rate (g/s) of particle size fractions on the orifice diameter is modelled by the Jones-Pilpel equation with the accuracy of the flow rate prediction approximately 10 %.

Social transformations of the Czechoslovak village in the first half of the fifties - example of the district of Sedlcany

This thesis seeks to capture the changed political climate after 1948 in the Czechoslovak village. It examines one political Sedlčany district, which was very specific in term of industrial backwardness and depopulation after World War II. It consisted of a specific marginal share of industrial production and low population density. The starting point is the work of Communist propaganda at the district level. The second chapter deals with the theoretical definition, especially socio-cultural propaganda as a concept, is looking for its solution, goals and different definitions. Another chapter deals with general history Sedlčany and regional specifics. The fourth and fifth chapter focuses on the local structure of the district committee and the lower components of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in the region and social transformation of society as a whole in the first half of the fifties in the country. The second part of the thesis is devoted to defining the scope of direct advertising strategies and resources. Most of the work deals with propaganda, describing the district level, monitors the work of the district committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, analyzes the rural district newspaper articles and records the memories of witnesses. Corporate income tax (tax evasion, tax optimization and their relation with accounting)

The Diploma thesis deals with the tax optimization and tax evasion relating to corporate income tax from the perspective of business entities who keeps accounts. Specifically, it is based on the legislation in force for the Czech Republic and is focused on the transformation process of accounting profit to the tax base of corporate income tax and the related possibilities of tax optimization or tax fraud. First chapter defines corporate income tax, its position in the tax system and the principle of its calculation. Historical development of corporate income tax and main changes of related regulations in 2013-15 have also been introduced in this chapter. Second chapter deals with tax evasion. Beside its definition, causes and measurement methods it also presents statistical data relating to tax audits and tax offenses. Last chapter of the thesis introduces the most common expenses and revenues whose tax deductibility or non-deductibility influences the calculation of corporate income tax. This chapter also introduces practical examples of tax evasion which were solved by the Supreme Administrative Court.

The main scope of the work is to support a wider understanding of the achievements and limitations of economic analysis in historical contamination issues. The work describes how various schools of economics focus their study on environmental problems, specifically on Brownfields redevelopment. It presents the ideas of environmental economics, resource economics, free market environmentalism, institutional economics, political economy and ecological economics. The work includes a case study from the region of Ralsko in North Bohemia.
