Specifics of accidents Agricultural Technology
Tamáši, Adam ; Polcar, Adam (referee) ; Vémola, Aleš (advisor)
Master’s thesis focuses on the specifics of agricultural machinery accidents. The introductory part defines agricultural machines and its basic characteristics. It also analyzes specific technical regulations that govern the use of these machines in traffic. The experimental part then describes the methodology and interprets the results of conducted experimental measurements on driving dynamics of a tractor with carried accessory. These measurements consist of a break test in straight line, evasion manoeuvre and acceleration while turning left. The focus was given to not just the acceleration values, but also to the influence of the carried accessory, the load on the front axle or the tire pressure. The analysis of the findings made compares the results with the driving dynamics of ordinary passenger cars and provides a detail dissection of the most frequent causes of agricultural machinery accidents.
Modification of frame construction of the self-loading semitrailer
Dvořák, Lukáš ; Kuba, Karel (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with research similar self-loading packege transporters. The stress analysis and modification of the selected transporter are followed. The master thesis contains stress analysis of the original version, design of a modified version and stress analysis of the modified version. Then the original and modified versions are compared.
Identification and evaluation of customer preferences for selected product
Tůma, Milan ; Hurta, Jakub (referee) ; Chlebovský, Vít (advisor)
Finding customer preferences when deciding about buying a tractor in the 201-300 horsepower category. Attributes will be gained through questionnaire survey, and will be used in the QFD method, where there will also be comparison of major competitors in a given market segment. The evaluation of tractors will also include the voice of the customer, gained from KANO model. KANO model will be second survey that will be used in this thesis. The conclusion is to build an ideal tractor structure that matches the customer's wishes.
Design of Self-Propelled Forage Harvester
Šimunský, Marek ; Zdařil, Zdeněk (referee) ; John, David (advisor)
Main subject of this diploma thesis is design proposal of self-propelled forage harvester which uses tracks for moving. This is associated with a construction changes while technical, estetical and ergonomical requirements remain the same or will be improved.
Simple agrocontroller
Pelikán, Michal ; Friedl, Martin (referee) ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (advisor)
Simple agrocontroller is a realization of control computer of spray machine in agriculture technique. Introduction describes the types of individual sprayers and their main differences. Hydraulic scheme displays the layout of regulators, ventils, hosepipes etc. Chapter Requirements defines needed functions and variables. Next chapter explains the structure of the layout of agrocontroller´s individual parts. Also defines required functions and features of these parts with real circuits and components and methods of gaining required values. Practical part show how printed circuits boards look like and what are features and properities of agrocontroller.
Testing of piston combustion engines
Humpolíček, František ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to compile knowledge and provide a comprehensive overview of the testing of piston combustion engines, dynamometers and types of testing for engines designed for agricultural machinery. Types of various tests are described, dynamometers are categorized and the characteristics of individual components are studied. Different types of tests are also categorized and their principles summarized. Based upon these findings, the most suitable configurations are determined for a borrowed dynamometer to measure agricultural machinery. The borrowed dynamometer was used to conduct practical measurements of the external speed characteristics of combustion engines in agricultural machinery. It was experimentally determined that the duration of measurement is limited by the reduced efficiency of eddy current brakes due to increasing rotor temperature.
Assessment of the Economic Situation in the Choosen Private Corporation Using the Selected Methods, Proposals and Recommendations for its Improvement
Sedláčková, Michaela ; Šafařík, Jan (referee) ; Hanušová, Helena (advisor)
The object of this master´s thesis is to analyse economic situation in the company Agroroservis s.r.o. by used methods. External and internal structure of the company as well as the financial situation is judged gradually. The last part of the master´s thesis is decided suggestion, which can help to improve actual conditions.
Design of Concept of a Universal Agricultural Tractor
Baka, Michal ; Buganská, Tamara (referee) ; Křenek, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on the innovation of the Zetor Forterra agricultural tractor design. The thesis deals with market analysis, researching main market rivals, technical parameters and describes the possibilities of solution. The result of the work are improvements of the product that would make this tractor better in both ways, in functional and ergonomic terms.
On-Line Agriculture Technology Catalogue
Milička, Martin ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The main goal of this project was to create an online agriculture technology catalogue. This catalogue allows managing machines in hierarchically organized categories. The categories allow grouping machines with similar parametres and purpose. Each machine stored in the catalogue can be assigned an arbitrary number of parameters with values. Another advantage of the catalogue is the possibility of placing selected machines on a parking place with the possibility of comparing their parameters. The system of administration has been designed at a modular principle.
High pressure hydraulics in agricultural machinery
Pavlík, Václav ; Kárník, Jan (referee) ; Soukup, Lubomír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis provides an overview of the most used ways of converting kinetic energy into pressure energy and the other way around by using hydrostatic converters. It is focused on the issue of high-pressure hydraulic mechanisms in agricultural machinery. In the next section I focused on getting an overview of the function of sophisticated hydraulic systems in current tractors and calculation of heat losses of lifting weight by front three-point hitch. For solving was used Bernoulli equation for real flow in pipes.
