The Study of Order Processing in a Selected Service Providing Company

This bachelor thesis is based on the study which looks into course of order in one of the COFELY a.s. divisions. It is a company which occupies with wiring. In the first part of this thessis there is an introduction of the company. It is followed by description of real-ization conditions and right theoretical approaches. It is also made the analysis of cur-rent precedures of order operation. There is described proposal which should solve as-certained imperfections in the second part. This should help the company to enhance itself.

Draft Lean Processes in a Manufacturing Company

Bachelor thesis deals with supply process of production line (milk run) from warehouse in international manufacturing company. First part describes current state of mentioned process in the company and also its detailed analysis by basic methods of industrial engineering for work measurement and analysis. Considering current state and its analysis, theoretical part describes modern trends and methods in the sphere of lean logistics. Suggestion part is focused on elimination of waste from the process by means of lean logistics and also on assets brought by it.

The Bachelor’s thesis represents the analysis of leading the achievement of logistic activity in the company-bicycles Šírer, whitch is already 15years on the Czech trade-market. I would especially like to concentrate my work on the valorization of material and informative streams in the company. And I will also suggest suitable solutions for the leading of logistic activities considering the present condition and also the planned spreading of the commercial system.

he goal of this semestral work is to design a switch-mode power supply with the following requirements. The input voltage is determined as constant 230 V AC, whereas output voltage should be infinitely adjustable in range of 0 V – 30 V DC. The maximum output current loading is 3 A. The output voltage and output current are controlled by means of a microprocessor.
