Bakalářská práce se zabývá českou kosmetickou firmou Ryor, a. s. V teoretické části je popisována logistika a procesy spojené s ní. V praktické části je analyzován expediční sklad. Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh na zlepšení a zefektivnění činnosti skladu. Tento vlastní návrh bude firmě představen a v případě zájmu, může společnost návrh využít. The bachelor’s work deals with Czech cosmetic company Ryor, a. s. The theoretical part is described logistics and processes associated with it. The practical part analyses the distribution warehouse. The goal of this work its proposal to improve and streamline the warehouse. This suggestion will be introduced to the company and in the case of interest, the company can take advantage of suggestions.
