Bakalářská práce představuje analýzu řízení výkonů logistických činností ve společnosti Kola Šírer, která působí na Českém trhu již 15 let. Ve své práci se zaměřím především na zhodnocení materiálových a informační toků ve společnosti a navrhnu vhodná řešení pro řízení logistických činností s ohledem na současný stav a také na plánované rozšíření obchodní sítě. The Bachelor’s thesis represents the analysis of leading the achievement of logistic activity in the company-bicycles Šírer, whitch is already 15years on the Czech trade-market. I would especially like to concentrate my work on the valorization of material and informative streams in the company. And I will also suggest suitable solutions for the leading of logistic activities considering the present condition and also the planned spreading of the commercial system.
