Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou a návrhom na zlepšenie procesu prípravy komponentov do výroby. V kapitole analýzy súčasného stavu sa zameriavam na detailný popis pracovného postupu a následné identifikovanie vyskytujúcich sa druhov plytvania a nedostatkov. Obsahom návrhovej časti je eliminácia plytvania a nedostatkov, pomocou čoho sa zvýši produktivita práce a zlepšia sa pracovné podmienky pre zamestnancov. Bachelor's thesis deals with analysis and submission for improvement of preparation process of components into production. In the chapter analysis of actual condition, I focus on detailed description of workflow and subsequently on identification of occurring types of waste and deficiencies. The submission part is about elimination of waste and deficiencies, which leads to labor productivity growth and improvement in working conditions for workers.
