IMS security solutions
Porubský, Tomáš ; Rášo, Ondřej (referee) ; Mácha, Tomáš (advisor)
In the first part of my master's thesis the network architecture of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) is presented. The database of subscribers HSS (Home Subscriber Server) and SLF (Subscription Locator Function), as well as a SIP CSCF servers (Call Session Control Functions) process a SIP signalization and an AS application server performing services, etc. I focus on the registration of subscribers in the IMS network with a list of transmitted messages and description of each interface that is used in this network. The most important interfaces, which I described here, are Gm, Mw, Cx, Dx and Sh. Then I focused on security in IMS problems, which are divided into categories of access security and network security. After that is the implementation of IMS network in an open source Open IMS Core System considered under the Linux operating system. Here is the problem description from the actual system installation, through the configuration of all necessary elements of the network to the communication party itself. The communication analysis in the initial registration process and in subsequent communications is described. Finally I created laboratory exercises with a focus on the Open IMS Core System, where students learn about architecture and principle of networks based on IMS technology operation, with individual elements necessary for the operation of the network and their configuration. Students also test simple captured traffic analysis.
Ischemic thrombus analysis in multiphasic brain stroke CT data
Mikešová, Tereza ; Holeček, Tomáš (referee) ; Jakubíček, Roman (advisor)
This master thesis deals with analysis of ischemic thrombus in brain CT scans. In theoretical part, a review of methods, especially thrombus segmentation, is developed. Furthermore, the anatomy of cerebral arteries and acute ischemic stroke is summarized. Selected methods from the field of image processing are briefly described. The practical part results in a comparison of thrombus segmentation methods. The segmentation itself was preceded by data preprocessing, which is described in the theses, and the creation of a manual annotation database. The best implemented method was found to be the adaptive thresholding method, which achieved a Dice score of 0,4555. By combining the methods appropriately, a final Dice score of 0,5145 was achieved. Thrombus parameters were then calculated from the segmented volumes. The median intensity value was 51,55~HU, the median length was 15,16 mm, and the median volume was determined to be 65,34 mm3. Subsequent correlation analysis showed no significant relationship between the derived parameters.
Aspects of registration of vessels in maritime law
Mládek, Matěj ; Ondřej, Jan (advisor) ; Balaš, Vladimír (referee)
Název diplomové práce: Aspekty registrace plavidel v mezinárodním právu (oblast mezinárodního práva mořského a registrace námořních plavidel) (Aspects of the registration of vessels in the International Law) Abstrakt: Along with fishing, navigation is the oldest use of the sea, and remains one of the most important. Ships are the most important means of transporting goods on such routes: ninety-five per cent, by weight, of all international trade is seaborne. On the military side is it same important battle field. While almost all costal States and some landlocked (right now without Czech Republic) ones have a merchant navy of some description, one of the remarkable features of the international shipping industry is the degree to which ships are concentrated under the flags of relatively few States. This does not necessarily indicate a similar distribution of ownership. We are talking about "flags of convenience" and it is one of the topics of this thesis. This thesis deals transformation from customary international law to current codified regulation of the registration of vessels. The ascription of nationality to ships is one of the most important means by which public order is maintained at sea. As well as indicating what rights a ship enjoys and to what obligations it is subjects, the nationality of a...
Registration of MR Images and Histological Sections
Martinásková, Klára ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Jiřík, Radovan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with methods of multimodal image registration. The work is focused specifically on the registration of histological sections and MR images, which various studies examine because of improving oncological diagnostics. A substantial part of the work is devoted to theories of registration - types of registration, geometric transformations, criterial functions, interpolation and methods of optimization. There is also an overview of tools, which can be used for multimodal image registration. MR images and histological sections were provided from three different sources. The program for image registration was created in software MATLAB 2020a with a graphical user interface and it includes a converter for editing images before the registration began. In conclusion, the results of registration were analyzed.
Finanční situace automobilového průmyslu v České republice v letech 2000 - 2014
Olešová, Markéta
This bachelor thesis deals with developing an appropriate strategy for fixing the current position of the automotive industry in the Czech Republic. In thesis is realized statistical survey, which evaluates the state of the automotive industry for the period 2000 - 2014. In this period is taken into account the context of the fi-nancial situation of the automotive industry and its impact on macroeconomic indicators such as industrial activity, the labor market, export. The analysis of the data gives an answers to the question of the success of the development on the automotive industry in a future. All these data determines the strengths and weaknesses of the automotive industry CR, opportunities and the threats that may influence positive development in the future. From this we can deduce proposals and recommendations that could help maintain sustainable development of the automotive industry in the Czech Republic, which can be considered as traditional sectors of the economy with a strong influence on the overall economic situation.
Precise segmentation of image data
Svoboda, Jan ; Marcoň, Petr (referee) ; Mikulka, Jan (advisor)
The concern of this thesis is a development of an extension module for 3D Slicer platform. The core of the module is an implementation of a Support Vector Machines classifier, which is used for segmentation of the vertebral column image data provided by the University Hospital Brno. One of the goals of the thesis was resampling and registration of these image sequences. CT volumes provided solid contrast and were used as a reference for gaining properly segmented groups of vertebrae. Due to the low quality of the MRI volumes image data, segmentation of MRI images was not completely succesful. The extension module scripted in Python language can be seen as a tool and can be used in the future for different datasets.
Legislative and organizational aspects of establishing a home for the elderly
BALOUNOVÁ, Radka
This bachelor thesis deals with the process of establishing a home for the elderly. The work is focused on the description of terms that are ordered to the founders of the homes for the elderly in the legislative and organizational level, including sources of funding. The thesis desribes the entire process of establishing a home for elderly, including an overview of the institutions which which the founfers of homes for the elderly communicate in individual stages of establighing a home for the elderly. The main benefit of this work is the creation of methodical material, which will serve as a practical aid for potential founders of homes for the elderly. The conclusion summarizes the main recommendations for the successful establishment of a home for the elderly.
The introduction of social service in Non-Governmental Organization.
Nedobitá, Lucie ; Vrzáček, Petr (advisor) ; Šedivý, Marek (referee)
This Master's thesis deals with the description of an introduction of social service in Non- Governmental Organization, which has decided to become a registrated provider of social services. The aim of the thesis is to describe how to manage selected phase of such a change, while introducing it to the field of social service by a Non-Governmental Organization. This is related to chosen Non-Governmental Organization Azara sociální, z.s. and specifically it's project of the introduction of field social service - Personal Assistance. The selected phase of implementation is the registration of this service and the individual steps, from the decision to introduce the change, through the elaboration of the individual plans and submission of required documents, which are necessary for the registration application to the competent regional authority. Strategic analyzes are carried out for the analysis of the external environment of the selected organization and the analysis of the internal environment. The qualitative research method focus group has been used to receive suggestions and concrete steps from selected representatives of the organization's management, based on the Implementation Plan and the Risk Plan. The evaluation of the progress, of the phases of the introduced changes is carried out...
