Legislativní podmínky pro použití upravených kalů na zemědělské půdě

Tento článek prezentuje současné legislativní aspekty týkající se nakládání s kaly z čistíren odpadních vod. Český zákon o odpadech definoval typy subjektů, které mohou určitým způsobem pracovat s kaly. Vyhláška obsahuje technické podmínky pro použití upravených kalů na zemědělské půdě, například že všechny kaly, které budou takto použity musí být nejdříve upraveny zákonem definovaných zařízeních. Jsou zde popsány evidenční povinnosti, které mají provozovatelé zařízení na použití upravených kalů do půdy.

The bachelor thesis deals with process optimization in the company Czech Craft Beers a.s. Based on a detailed analysis, improvements are proposed. The main proposal is the relocation of warehouse space and the introduction of records of returnable packaging. The aim of the optimization proposal is to simplify the processes related to storage and subsequently reduce operating costs.

Hodnocení nakládání s elektrozařízeními a elektroodpady za rok 2015 a 2016

Článek hodnotí evidenci toku zpětně odebraných elektrozařízení a odděleně sebraných elektroodpadů v rámci České republiky za roky 2015 a 2016. Evidenci jsou povinni zasílat výrobci, poslední prodejci, distiributoři a pověření zástupci výrobců elektrických a elektronických zařízení, a to buď sami nebo prostřednictvím kolektivního systému. Podklady pro hodnocení evidence toku elektroodpadů použité v článku byly vzaty z roční zprávy o plnění povinností zpětného odběru elektrozařízení a odděleného sběru elektroodpadů. Cílem článku je zhodnocení nakládání s elektrozařízeními a elektroodpady ve stanovených letech vzhledem ke směrnici Evropského parlamentu a rady 2012/19/EU o odpadních elektrických a elektronických zařízení, která stanovuje minimální úrovně využití, recyklace a přípravy k opětovnému použití elektroodpadů. Z uvedených výsledků vyplývá, že se České republice v roce 2015 a 2016 podařilo splnit stanovené pořadavky EU na minimální úroveň využití vyřazených elektrozařízení a úroveň jejich recyklace.

Record Linkage in Genealogical Data

The main aim of this thesis is to study genealogical data, to find out possible problems in their merging and to implement methods for this data merging. In this thesis, it will be studied the problem of classifying similar names into common classes. This problem will be studied mainly because people's names and surnames play the most important role in every registry entry. In this thesis, it will be analyzed several metrics for calculating the distance between two strings. In addition, several experiments will be done for these metrics to classify names into classes with as few errors as possible. Based on these results, experiments for record linkage will be performed.

Inventory Valuation Method in Custom Manufacturing

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze inventory and inventory management in a selected accounting unit, which focuses on custom order production and subsequent evaluation and improvement of inventory management. The theoretical part includes characteristics of delivery of supplies, methods of accounting and valuation of inventories, as well as registration of inventory and supplies in stock. This part is based studies of specialized literature on the subject as the main source of information. The practical part introduces the selected entity, core activities of its business, and accounts that are used for inventory accounting. This part of the thesis is focused on accounting operations connected with the company stocks. Above all, inventory acquisition, inventory in stock, loss of inventory, and inventory taking are monitored. The main information source of this part comes from the general ledger and warehouse accounting of the company. The bachelor thesis found the methods and procedures used in the selected entity are suitable chosen for inventory management while only several minor imperfections have been detected.

The Structure of Performance in Snowboardcross and Training

Title: The Structure of Performance in Snowboardcross and Training Objectives: Aim of the bachelor thesis is to suggest and justify conception of snowboardcross training work record, to attempt answering these questions: what to record, register and evaluate to be able to use all the information in next training cycles of the Olympic discipline Snowboardcross. Methods: We used the interview method to compile all convenient questions in questionnaires. The questionnaire method gave us information about the sport performance structure in snowboardcross. We applied the method of analysis to compare results, the test battery, the anunal work load indicators, the somatic factors and the races results. Results: On the basis of the evoluated data we found that the most important factor in snowboardcross training is technique. This factor depend on somatic factors which must be adapted to condition factors. Psychological factors are specific to each racer and their training must be based on individual needs. . This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm DT-Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions of the extended work result to firm use is performed.

Database of vocal samples of human emotions

In this bachelor work is analyzed theory of emotions, how emotions arise and how they are physiologically expressed by human body. How these physiological expressions and emotions reflect into the human speech. Then is described process of creating of speech and basic prosodic and acoustic parameters relevant for research. Theory of creating of databases is described here as well, which is quality ground for database itself. The database is also part of this thesis and they are records cut from television programmes and serials. The next very important issue is description of software tool for subjective evaluating of databases, which was created as a part of this thesis. It was created in C++ language with help by compiler Builder C++ . Also a short analysis of exemplary records for every emotion is done here. This analysis deals with basic frequency, intensity and first three formants.

Bachelor thesis "The transition of sole proprietors from tax records to double-entry bookkeeping and conversely in the Czech Republic and Slovakia" deals with the procedure for the transition from tax records to double-entry bookkeeping. It describes the reasons for the mandatory transition and the necessary adjustments to the tax base associated with it. The theoretical knowledge is applied to a specific example. The work characterizes the basic terms and also, a structured overview of the possibilities of income and expenditure record keeping of sole proprietors in Czech Republic and differences between them. It also suggests the possibilities of income and expenditure records keeping in Slovakia
