A comparison of the property regimes of spouses in Czech and French law The aim of this masters thesis was to compare property regimes of spouses in Czech and French legal systems. The thesis is dealing with different aspects of "marital estate regime" under the Czech Civil Code, "legal regime" under the French Civil Code and the "legal regime" under the new Czech Civil Code effective from 2014 In addition, the aim was also to examine whether the legislators of both countries based the legal texts on similar premises. In cases of missing positive legal norms, the thesis examined whether practice or case law leads the legislators to conclusions similar or completely different in the respective legal systems. The secondary objective was to compare existing and new Czech Civil Code and evaluate the progress in the approach to the institute of marital estate. The marital property law has to face traditionally two interests, namely individual interest of each spouse and the common interest of the conjugal union. It is important to reconcile these two interests to such extent that common interests will be given sufficient protection, but on the other hand, to extent not as restrictive as to cause aversion to the institution of marriage itself. Thesis describes current regulatory base of company and make proposals for its improvement. The first part contains theoretical solutions. The second part deals with overall analysis of the company. In the third part there are suggestions for improvements of internal standards. Final section presents assessment overal benefits.

This Bachelor thesis deals with IT support for facility management. The aim is to identify the state of the market for IT support in the area of business that is focused on providing property management services. At the beginning is defined environment and the process model of facility management. The following describes the key processes using the methodology MMABP and adds information needs. In the last part is done a market research in this area. The results can help both novice and medium-sized businesses in property management or housing associations or individual condominium in selecting suitable IT support for the proper functioning .

The Master's thesis focuses on business plan of a company operating in property management. Theoretical part defines business plan itself, his functions and evaluation criterion. The greatest emphasis is placed on structure of the business plan. The practical part is based on theoretical assumptions. Business plan captures the major aspects of starting a property management company. Practical part is focused on product description, it's competitive advantage, marketing and financial analysis and project viability. Project viability is shown in three different options of progress.

This theses mainly focuses on development of information system for a facility management company. It explores processes in the property management business and possibilities of its facilitation by software applications that are mainly within the tasks of a technical nature. The origin of the paper lies in the process analysis of Vaše domy Ltd. which had been started earlier on. The thesis follows up with more detailed study of client request processing. The goals of the paper are: specifying company's requirements for an application software, analysing the current market situation in the field and finally it covers design and implementation of a unique software solution.
