Formula Car Front Wheel Carrier Simulation Analysis

This Master’s thesis is focused on the suspension of the front wheel, more accurately for specific part, upright. It describes the basic requirements for construction, distribution of uprights, their method of production and types of materials used. It briefly mentions topology optimization and its two optimization methods. Also deals with vehicle dynamics for driving conditions – standing vehicle, braking and cornering. In the practical part, the work is focused on determining the load effects on the upright during the aforementioned driving conditions using MBS software. At the end of the work, FEM stress and deformation analyses are performed for loading on the wheel side and on the suspension side, which are then compared and evaluated.

Weapon (not only) as a work of art

The purpose of this bachelor work is to introduce a small-arms not only as an object for various kinds of practical utilization, but also to afer on thein values from the point of their perception as an art artefact in the linkup on their development in different cultures. It directs also on the region of Japan and samurai swords with reference on their sociocultural value. In the part dedicated to the hand weapons it introduces a history of their creation and methods of their division. In the last part presents the weapon as a device used in the movie industry and in the computer games in the linkup on a weapon presentation as an item of the violence in an up to date society. One of the targets of this bachelor work about weapons is an analyse of the social pathological event of the shooting in the schools so called "school shooting", which becomes very extended phenomen of current days. Work points on the possibilities and reasons of the origin of this phenomen by revealing a possible offender profile and further I introduce a concepts of the school shooting prevention in the linkup on the posibility to reveal potencial offender in time. The influence of the hub on discharge and efficiency of the swirl turbine

The aim is to determine by numerical modeling the influence of the hub on discharge and efficiency of the swirl turbine. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge about water turbines. In the main part is done hydraulic design of turbine, create model in Inventor, export geometry in Gambit and build mesh. Then it is described the solution methodology in Fluent, evaluation of computed data and their presentation in the form of tables and graphs

Formula Student Front Wheel Carrier Design

This thesis deals with the design of the front wheel hub and upright of Formula student car. First component is a short search on Formula Student event and comparing diverse structures of upright for use in both racing and road cars. It also includes design of hub and upright in the CAD program and computational model of the upright created in FEM program specifically for stress analysis in selected conditions. It also includes optimization of the overall proposal.

This thesis deals with the structural design of front wheel hub of Formula Student the car categories in the CAD system. It includes comparison to proposal design of the hubs, different concept of wheel-seat and wheel suspension of a formula cars and a motor-cars. There is described a few version of design front wheel carrier. The first step is proposed assembly wheel of Formula Student and the next step is realized analytic simulation a stress by FEM of the front wheel carrier and his construction modifications.

Trailer for EURO palette

Project detaily decsribe design of trailer construction which utilized gravitational roller way. Firstly we are going to focuse at determination of main proportion and later on at the construction of each single part ( frame, roller way and rear mechanism). All parts of the trailer have their own technological plan and project also includes 3D models of them. Obvious part of the project documentation is also functional counting where is determined named velocity euro-palett slide on roller way and fixity counting at once.
